Find Another Place to Stay My stay at the Hampton Inn Peachtree was disappointing. The hotel's cleanliness was below par, with unclean counters and toilets. The hallways were poorly maintained, with overflowing trash cans. The General Manager, Saeed Shah, was unaccommodating. The lobby became noisy and disruptive late into the night due to guests gambling and nearly coming to physical blows. This hotel is unsuitable for families or solo female travelers. Moreover, it does not meet the standards expected of the Hilton brand. In my extensive travel experience, I have never come across such a deplorable situation. The experience at this establishment was profoundly unsatisfactory. I am embarrassed to admit that referring to this location as part of the Hilton Brand is a displeasure for me. Ps... Lesson learned... Always read reviews before booking.

Disappointing If you are a frequent patron of the Hampton Inn brand, you will be disappointed. This place has issues usually found in low-end “motels” such as overflowing trash cans, cleanliness issues in public spaces, poor quality workmanship in my guest room, poor quality linens, and even a group of people who seemed to be loitering in the lobby almost every time I came through the lobby over the course of my weekend. I’ll definitely make a different choice the next time I’m in the area.

Not Impressed. Does not deserve Hampton Inn flag. Probably the worst Hampton Inn I have stayed at. Pre check in with digital key did not work, nor did the check out. Room was neat, but there were problems. The steel frame on the bed proturded out from under the bed. My shin hit it in the dark of the night during a potty break. Ouch!!! Sorry for all the blood on the sheets. The bathroon caulking was terrible. Thermostat in room did not function well. No fruit at breakfast. No decent knapkins, just cocktail napkins. And so forth. Shabby, like a typical non-franchise motel. Not up to the Hilton standards for Hampton Inns. We will not be back. Room 217 on 2/27/24.

Not a good hotel I hold Diamond status with Hilton, and needless to say, I've stayed at numerous Hilton brand hotels. Upon entering my room at Hampton Inn Peachtree Corners Norcross, I immediately sensed that this hotel doesn't meet the standard for a Hampton Inn. Its room design and setup closely resembled Tru by Hilton, a brand of lesser value. The reasoning behind this hotel qualifying for the Hampton Inn brand is beyond my comprehension. The bath towels were disappointing—thin and small, to the extent that two hand towels equaled a bath towel. As a petite person, the towels were even too small for me. I can't fathom how anyone of larger size could effectively use such tiny towels. Additionally, there were only four half-sized pillows instead of two full-sized ones. Waking up, I found myself sleeping in the cracks of two lumpy pillows, giving the impression of haphazard stuffing. The breakfast experience was equally disheartening. Soggy sausages and eggs were served daily, and my appetite vanished when I witnessed the kitchen staff bringing out eggs in plastic bags, dumping them into the serving pan. While I understand hotels commonly use this method for a so-called hot breakfast, seeing it firsthand was unsettling. Moreover, there were no fruits offered for several days. As this was a business trip arranged by my company, I strongly advise against choosing this hotel for any future projects in the area. After ten days of staying there, I couldn't be happier to have left that morbid place.
