Expect little, but bed is comfortable. Not a great property. Dingy and a 1970s throwback. Not accessible for mobility issues. Have to cart luggage up a big hill on a driveway that is broken up. Not exactly clean, and hallways are smelly. The bed was very comfortable surprisingly. Don't expect breakfast - you have to ask for it and it is a brown bag with muffin, granola bar and orange juice. Very few amenities in the area and be prepared to walk up a lot of hill to find anything (even your room). Might work if you have a car.

never again it was a horrible room and not kept up broken toilet seats and shower heads. for what i paid could have stayed in a better hotel brand

Zero Standards Required In short, reminds me of one of those old murder motels in movies. Gnats in the room. Stack of garbage outside our door when we checked in. Cheap soap and toilet paper. Not how I remember Howard Johnson as a kid. There is, however, a bed.

Nasty place Stay away nasty cockroaches and it’s used as an apartment complex as well as a hotel. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.
