Outstanding customer service… enjoyable stay… First time at this Hilton Garden Inn location & we were impressed by the customer service. All the staff we encountered were knowledgeable, courteous, helpful & at the same time professional. Rooms are not a newest version of the brand, but everything was in perfect working order, very clean & bed was comfortable. Hot tub was very nice during our stay. Pool however was very cold, which we find common for lots of hotels. We had dinner at their restaurant & enjoyed delicious food & great service. So we came back in the morning for breakfast, which we enjoyed as well. Based on this stay, we would definitely return when in the area.

I'll be back I left a 1-star review because of a cancellation/refund issue that was ongoing. Hilton responded and the issue was resolved. Brianna (I hope I spelled it correctly) resolved the issue in a very professional and timely matter. Thank you and going to change to a 5 star. I'm glad Hilton didn't disappoint me.

I will be staying at this Hilton whenever I am in town. I found the staff very helpful and friendly. The location was ideal for my visit. I had never stayed at a Hilton before, they now have a customer for life. The room was comfortable. There was a noise situation in the room next to ours. The staff handled it as best they could and compensated us for the inconvenience. This was appreciated. The staff in the dining room were fun to talk to. Very nice.

great for a choosy business traveler or a tall guy Fantastic for a business traveler, or a severely tall person, or anyone! Room features a very tall mission style desk, and a Herman Miller Mirra chair. This chair, while a little dated, is one of the finest office chairs ever made. If you sit tall (I'm 6'5), this chair will meet the height of your legs. And you will still be able to get your legs under this tall desk! Huge bed! Comfy mattress! Separated wooden headboard means "no bedbug scares" ;-) The pillows are great (seems like a down alternative that holds up but is still soft). Couch for visitors or hanging out (no stains). Has a tub / shower combo. Tub depth meets the floor, for easy climbing in and out. Shower head is mounted hugh enough that even a 6 foot 5 tall guy doesn't have to duck to get his head washed. Also features the extended upper curtain rail to allow to movement with the upper body. This August is the hottest ever recorded but the A/C held up and we slept comfortably. The room was well insulated, so there was very little highway noise. I have one minor complaint, and that is that the bathroom has no fan. So the very large mirror (nice touch) was of no use after a hot shower. On the upside, the water was immediately hot and the water pressure was immense! Nice outdoor courtyard with umbrellas. Accessible 1st floor lobby restroom which was very clean. Beautiful lobby, and I am assuming the breakfast is awesome. I just ate too much and slept too late to enjoy it. Will try tomorrow!

Amazing customer service From the moment me and my friend arrived the staff were nothing but friendly and helpful. We had a problem with our curtains which they quickly helped us to fix. When we asked where the ice machine was, the manager told us where it was, but then offered to get us ice himself from the kitchen. We went out to dinner at a nearby restaurant later, and there was no parking when we got back because some spots were roped off due to construction. When we asked where additional parking would be, the manager said not to worry about it and moved his own car to allow us to park. I don’t know the next time I’ll be back in this area, but I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through here.
