Awful hotel We stayed one night June 27, 2024 and checked out on June 28, 2024. I would not recommend or use this hotel ever! The room was disgusting. We changed rooms once to get a cleaner room and this room (#78) was just awful. I left a detailed list of issues with the front desk and was told it would be given to the GM. I sent her an email with 10 pictures of the filthy room and here is a list of what we had: 1). Broken, raised tile in the bathroom 2). Broken wood floorboard in the entry that was sharp and grabbed our socks 3). Hair and dust on tables, nightstand, and and lamp 4). Dead bugs and cobwebs behind the entryway door and corners of the room 5). Mold in the shower, sink, and on the bathroom floor 6). 1.5" hole in a sheet 7). Debris on the floor and dust everywhere. 8). Stained and dirty carpet. We always kept our socks on! Desk staff apologized for this and took all the info down to give to the GM but she never called. Terrible customer service and follow-up. I sent an email with all these pictures to the GM and called 4 times and no reply from the company. This place may have been nice at one time but stay away now!

Don’t book, needs major updating!!!! I stayed at an Ascend Hotel Collection hotel in Dover, NH and enjoyed it. When I arrived at night, the exterior looked fine but it anooears they have long term rentals and some of the patrons looked questionable. When I got the key and started down the hall, I could feel the place was clean or up to date. Upon entering the room, the light switch to see inside didn’t work they never turned on the heat so it was 55 degrees, no tv signal, and the rooms were worse than a motel 6 on its best day. Walked out, and for $30 more dollars stayed in at the Comfort in that was what I expected for what was paid. Green Granite should lose its franchise and need a major renovation to be associated with any brand hotel. Don’t stay unless no other rooms in town are avail. STAY AWAY…you’ve been warned. Doug..a frequent hotel overnighter for biz.

Check the room before you pay The room i got was crap , the bed felt like it was right on the floor, room in need of major remodel, dark and dirty. The first impression from the clerk was a red flag, stood there for several minutes to be acknowledged while he was taking care of trash, not even a hello

Just awful! The management at this hotel is simply racist. Be careful. Housekeepers are not doing their job properly. The windows are dirty, and so are the trash cans. Especially garbage outside can lie for a whole week. Breakfast is monotonous. Everyday omelet and sausages. At night, noisy companies make it difficult to sleep, but management does nothing about it. Of the entire staff, only one woman is friendly. She's the one who cooks breakfast. And the rooms are very dark, despite all the lights being turned on. The fan doesn't work in the bathroom. Despite the fact that you have been here for a week or more, no one will offer you to change your towels and bed linen. On top of that, there are cockroaches in the rooms. This hotel needs new management and staff. Or management needs to take hospitality classes. Because it's just a nightmare!

Bad experience! I do NOT recommend this hotel! This hotel must be occupied with long term renters or homeless. It was filthy! There were grocery shopping carriages outside of some of the hotel rooms with very questionable people roaming around. The advertisement of having a microwave looked like something that was picked out of the dump and left on a stand that couldn’t support the weight. The radiators were so rusted! The vents were filthy! The walls were filthy, the floors were stained, the boxspring had no skirt and was yellowed and discolored, and the room had a foul odor. We were there for 5 minutes and left. Read all the reviews. I wish I did! I will post a few photos. I notified the front desk and checked out immediately.
