Kim made the experience with her rare outstanding customer service. Kim was soooo helpful from the moment we walked inside. I had just worked a long day and didn’t have a lot of patience on top of that there were complications with my reservation. Kim calmly and respectfully resolved everything. She is amazing!

Needs a remodel We were very happy with the location but our room was on the front of the building with only sheer drapes. There was a lot of street light. The room only had two lights - one desk light and one small bedside light - so it was dark in the room. As we left, we noted that other rooms also had a floor lamp next to the couch. The shower head needed to be cleaned of mold. The breakfast food was in warming trays but the trays were not kept warm. In general the room appeared very dated. This place needs a major remodel. The staff was nice.

Do not stay here We booked a family suite going by the ratings on Trip Advisor but I guess they hadn't been updated. The front checkin/breakfast area was nice, but the surrounding area outside is NOT in a nice area. The room was awful!!! Very old furniture, smelled bad and the bathroom looked like it hadn't been clean in months (mildew ALL over the shower). We wound up NOT staying and got a full refund do that is why I gave it a 2. The front desk attendant was very nice.

Great location, very convenient to everything Had a very pleasant stay. Rooms were clean, very quiet. Beds were comfortable and spacious. The staff were friendly and very accommodating.

Nice for a short stay Place was clean. Staff were friendly. Beds were comfortable and spacious.The free buffet was very good. If needed call before hand. Both lounge and outdoor areas were closed. Pool was nice but not enough ventilation. Would have gave a better rating for value if the pool was better ventilated and the lounge and deck were open.
