Stay here We enjoyed our stay after a long day of travel. Comfy bed, nice pillow selection, good air conditioning. Nice room darkening shade. Nice night light (low light/unobtrusive) in the bathroom. Quiet room and far enough off major highways to be a quiet place overall. Courteous staff. We would definitely stay here again.

Not all employees are willing to take a walk Review for Hilton Garden Inn North Little Rock Address: 4100 Glover Lane, North Little Rock, Arkansas I had a frustrating experience booking a room for my 81-year-old aunt, who needed a handicap-accessible room. Unfortunately, not all guests requiring ADA accommodations receive compassionate service. Upon checking into the room, my aunt realized there was no chair in the bathroom, so I called the front desk 13 times to request one. One front desk clerk responded by citing data and statistics to justify the hotel's ADA compliance, mentioning his attendance at numerous handicap conferences. Instead of checking the room to confirm whether a chair was available, he insisted it was already there. He also informed me that my aunt would have to wait because he had been working since 3 PM and was waiting for his relief, leaving the issue for the next clerk to handle. When the next staff member, John Walker, took over at 11:31 PM CST, he immediately began searching for a chair and personally delivered it to my aunt. Contrary to what the previous clerk claimed, there was no chair in the room, and John went out of his way to ensure my aunt could bathe after a long day. This experience highlighted that not all hospitality professionals truly embody the spirit of hospitality. However, I am grateful for people like John Walker, who take pride in providing exceptional customer service and genuinely care for their guests, especially those with special needs.

Pass it on by For check-in I was advised by a man wearing a backwards hat that I was going to have to leave a deposit to get my room (opposite from what my business agreement my company has with them says). I go up to my room and it smells like someone has been hot boxing the rooms with weed and cigarettes. Also, the whole building is under construction, so they have signs that say don't park too close because they're spray painting the exterior. Aaaaand, the building smells like wet paint all over. I would pass on this one for sure. I will be speaking with my business to get this hotel removed from our contract ASAP.

Not worth the Hilton name. Convenient location off of highway 40. But that’s about all it has going for it. Not dirty but not sparkling clean either, shower curtain stained, curtain rod loose. Window blinds torn. Carpet in room clearly worn and stained. Front desk very understaffed, have to ring bell and wait a long time for someone to come check you in. The ‘included’ (you have to pay extra when you book the room) breakfast is a joke. Coffee was lukewarm and bitter, the hot breakfast is not the one included in room rate (they do not tell you this at time of booking) the continental breakfast was tired looking fruit, watery oatmeal and after asking if there was bread or muffin or bagels and waiting a long time slices of soft white bread (like the cheapest white bread you can imagine) was brought out. Very expensive for a completely bare bones hotel. Save $100 and stay at a Super 8. Same level of service and comfort.

Never again - terrible experience. I rarely put out a review for a hotel because I understand that things can go wrong. In this case, this property chose not to respond to me to address my concerns or my lost item. The employees I dealt with were unhelpful and in some cases, downright antagonistic. They certainly appear to have no training in dealing with a problem. They were unresponsive when it came to a lost and found item so you better triple check that you're not leaving anything in the room. Little Rock has plenty of other hotel options and my advice, pick anywhere else.
