Clean but minimalist hotel This is a minimalist hotel. It was sufficient for the night. There is no cups, tea or coffee in the room. There is a small refrigerator but no microwave in the room, however, one is available in the dining area. The bed and pillows were comfortable, staff were friendly. There is no carpet in the room, which is great for cleanliness, but seemed cold and loud. The walls are pretty thin so we could hear the people next door. We asked for a box fan to help drown the noise…we slept well. Coffee and muffins/bagels in the morning.

Would not go back This is a now a Hilton property. I made a reservation with my Hilton credit card that gets double points. You should be able to get keyless entry on your phone but that was not working at this hotel, so my husband stopped at the front desk and the person there would not let him keep the reservation on that credit card but made him change it to one he had with him that he does not get points even though he had all the information and confirmation number on his phone. He then had to put an extra $100 on his credit card in case there were incidentals. As Hilton diamond members we are supposed to receive water and a snack in our room, but there was nothing. Not even a drinking glass. I called and asked that the reservation be put back on my credit card, so I could get the points and was told no, they could not do that. The gym was closed. On the second morning, breakfast is supposed to begin at 6:00. At 6:15 upon leaving there was nothing, no juice, bagel - nothing. There was no one at the desk so you could check out either. Right now my credit card still has 2 credit charges on it from the credit card charge confusion (plus the $100 for incidentals - now $200) that will hopefully be cleared up soon. Things that should have been so easy to accomodate - leaving a reservation alone, having basics in your room, were not. We would not stay here again.

A but sub-par for IHG While I always enjoy staying at holiday inn express hotels, this experience left a bit to be desired. The non-smoking room had a distinct smoke smell to it. When I asked to move rooms, they were sold out but the friendly night manager did bring by air freshener for me to use in the room. Helped some but never masked it completely. Was also told breakfast will be ready by 6, but food server told me 7 when I began to help myself at 6. Coffee at breakfast was not fresh —even a bit lukewarm at the breakfast bar. The window shade in the room did not fully cover the window to block out all sun light either… needed for my wife when her flight was delayed until her arrival at 3 am. Holiday inns usually better than most. And room was clean, I think, with good bathroom and shower, but when smells smoky then just doesn’t feel as clean. Then the breakfast and window issues…could have been just a problem with this room.

Perfect Except Sofa Bed Everything was clean and well-maintained except for the sofa bed, which needed to be vacuumed out and the upholstery cleaned. Comfortable bed and linens. Service was friendly. Parking was easy. Safe area with plenty of food options nearby.
