Roaches There are roaches in the room. Had to check in 3 hours late due to staffing issues. For the amount I paid to stay here, I would expect no bugs and everything pretty clean. The TV in the room couldn't even be plugged in where they set it up. The TV itself when you do move it and plug it in seems to be a store demo model because it just keeps popping up a guide to the TV every 5 seconds. The alarm went off and I thought the room was possessed with the noise that came out of it.

Stay away from this place Not only are the rooms dirty, but they are in shambles. And to top it all, I was charged an extra $49 for supposed room damage & missing towels. Calls to the desk were a waste of time and I got absolutely no help from corporate either.

Extremely poor quality motel! Not recommended at all!! Television did not work. Bed sheets had stains. Room had an overwhelming smell of cigarettes and vomit. Someone attempted to enter into our room in the middle of the night, frightening my daughters. The place is NOT worth the $100 or so you pay. No breakfast. Not a recommended motel, considering the very poor quality of the room. Extremely poorly maintained on the outside. No pride of ownership whatsoever. Will never return.

Nit a safe place to stay--especially for young women My grand-daughter was driving from our home in Nebraska to NYC. She needed place to stay 1/2 way into trip. I used my Choice Hotels membership and booked via national web site. When my daughter called crying, saying she drove up, now note this is at 11 pm nite-time--scary people loitering, she even thought there might be prostitution. She was afraid to get out of her car to even go in and cancel reservation. I spent one an hour on phone with Choice Hotel customer service-Joel twice, Jose. 2 who refused to give me first name, Chris- a woman, and they all hung up and were not helpful. Finally reached Oliver--he stayed on phone and helped--then maybe routed to a George---who gave me a case number. All the reviews I have now read spell it out--this is bad motel, not clean and very unsafe as to neighborhood and people who are milling around in the parking lot. Don't book this hotel you will regret this. I attempted to call hotel to handle a cancellation--and person who answered was not first language English--and she eventually hung up on my too. I attempted to call hotel back directly 419-668-5656 over 6 times--no one would answer the call--sure they could see my phone number on ID. Choice Hotels should consider dropping this site from their offering.

False Advertising, Poor Hotel It sounded like a great deal when making reservation but went sour quickly . Econologe showed a pool and free breakfast in their amenities. Of course the pool was closed and no food what so ever. I mean not even a granola bar! It was just false advertising. And beyond that, the rooms weren't the cleanest and the beds weren't very comfortable . It was just a miserable experience . Would not recommend this place to anyone .
