Very peaceful and friendly!!! It was a pleasant experience. Travis was awesome. We arrived late after finding out Our air bnb was 2 hrs from where we had to have my grandson and then to travel Daily to his games would have been a nightmare traveling on the dark road that actually needed a 4x4. There were no 1st floor rooms available but Travis made it work for me as I had had bilateral knee surgery and no elevators. It’s nothing fancy so no fancy breakfast daily. It was quiet and peaceful no pool or fitness room. Great ice cream place across the street and the best Dominos I’ve had. Things were cheaper in Norwich NY too. The town was beautiful and had lots of history. Just smell like cigarettes which was a shock people still smoked and then we got looked out because of an issue with a latch but was fixed immediately. I would stay there again if ever back there.

Safety issues The parking lot was covered with ruts and dug up holes. The bathroom had an old tub (slippery) with no grab bar.

Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. There's not a lot available in the area and we gambled on the Super 8. Mistake. Price was good for a King. Room was "so-so", marginally clean, definitely dated. The staff who checked us in and checked us out were friendly and professional. That was the only positive here. All night it was noisy. Children running up and down the hallway. Multiple cars pulling in to the lot and leaving. It appeared that some type of transaction was going on. We were parked just outside the entrance. I kept hearing loud talking and music and looked out the window. People were looking inside my vehicle. I expected it to be either missing or broken into in the morning. Breakfast was sparse. Coffee was like water. The lobby was filled with children waiting for a school bus? We were totally disappointed and will never be back. Avoid if you can. Gamble if you want.

Clean, quiet and comfortable Our room was clean, quiet and comfortable and was made up nicely for the second night of our stay - a feature less seldom seen these days. The breakfast offered was minimal, but that was stated in advance so is not a complaint. Overall, very satisfied.

Skip this place Room was ok except toilet seat paint chipped off, refrigerator had mold, windows dirty. Side door not working meaning more stairs. Stayed one night. Very $$. 20 miles from event location. Even though a Super 8, expected more.
