Great customer service, clean and quiet. Amber the front desk receptionist was kind helpful, pleasant, and knowledgeable. While I was in the lobby she spoke with several guests and answered the phone. She addressed the guest's needs efficiently and politely during these interactions. My room was clean and quiet. The coffee was good too. Kudos to Amber!!

A very happy customer!! I normally don’t write reviews, but Amber # 638- Ocala is a wonderful representation of RedRoof! She was very pleasant. I booked for three nights. Once I arrived at the hotel I realized I needed two more days. The hotel was all booked for the week. I needed to extend my stay by two days . She worked very hard to make that happen for me! I would recommend RedRoof # 638- Ocala. Thanks Amber for being very knowledgeable in helping RedRoof’s customers!! _

A well run Inn Quite like this Red Roof. Helpful staff, and a beautiful, deep tub. Well kept property. Groceries near by. Since it is the fourth, I am particularly pleased to be happy in Ocala. The surrounding area has some farms, some horses. Quite lovely drive. Storm coming.

Employees that care. Management really CARES about this hotel and makes sure their guests needs are met. I had a few issues when I checked in and Cory B. did a great job handling them. The manager Javier is a real pro and takes great pride in his hotel. Had a great stay at a great price!
