Glad we chose this Comfort! Comfortable, clean, convenient. We've been Choice members for many years and this is one of the nicest Comforts we've used. Easy to get to and very close to eating and shopping and highway. Room was spacious and fresh. AC worked well. Plenty of hanging and storage space. Large walk-in shower, immaculate bathroom, good quality towels and sheets. Clerk at check in was personable, professionally dressed, welcoming. Coffee in lobby and in room. Breakfast area very pleasant and selections covered all the bases: eggs, bacon, hot/cold cereals and several oatmeal options, bagels, bread, yogurt, waffles, juice and hot drinks. Area well-maintained and attended. I was impressed at having veggie cream cheese as an option (hah!). I do wish these places would keep butter out of fridge during breakfast hours: impossible to use it was solid. Housekeepers were pleasant and in nice uniforms. Extra towels cheerfully supplied. We thought the value was exceptional especially considering it was a weekend in summer and nearby hotels charging twice these rates. Kudos to this management!

Visit in town. My husband and I were in town for a friend’s birthday and wanted to stay in town. We chose to stay here for the night. The room was clean had a mini fridge and microwave which was nice and coffee maker. We were on the second floor and in a corner. It was very quiet which we really liked. The staff was great. Here’s where I give it a 3. The stairs were dirty and needed sweeping the pillows on the bed were good but bed was to soft for my liking. Kind of sunk when you laid in it. Beds are very important for my rating.

Clean but no frills The website advertised a gym and a hot breakfast and those were why I booked this property. When I got there they grimaced at me asking where the gym was but told me that the hot breakfast was a go. In the morning I found hot breakfast was a few muffins and waffles put out next to a cheap microwave and a non-working juice dispensor. I'm sure the excuse will be some combinations of Covid, I looked at 'wrong' website and/or the breakfast was hot if I just microwaved it. The staff was friendly and the place was clean, just update your offerings - its a pain in the rear when places advertise stuff they clearly don't do (or do well).

Paper thin ceilings. We were placed on the first floor which we thought would be great because when we had traveled the weekend before to a different city, we were on the second floor needing to use the elevator or stairs to get to our room. We thought it would be a nice change, a potentially cleaner easier option. Did not know the ceiling was made of paper. Could hear the room above toilet use, not pleasant. They also must have been working out in their room because they would jog across the floor and then run-in place for several steps then back across the floor for over an hour. Was certainly glad when they went to bed. Had several more nights on the road over the month and did not stay on the first floor again.

Disgusting Room Stayed here for a ladies scrapbook camp in the fall over the past ten years but missed last year due to covid. Really evident when checking into my room how bad things have deteriorated. Hallways smell. My room 242 was dark and dank....carpet felt very damp when I arrived at 9pm....smelled heavily of wet dog and ? The bathroom was gross with cracking caulk and mold in corners. There was a tiny black bug crawling on the towel shelf. I was afraid it was a b#d bug....I googled it and it wasnt but ewh!!! I was sharing the room with other ladies so I just made it work by spending almost no time in the room. At check out we told Noah at the front desk about the disgusting issues with our room. He didnt apologize or offer any compensation. So next time we will find another place to stay.
