Good room, bad breakfast Check in was smooth and quick, the room itself was decent, but had a missing/broken towel bar and burned out light bulbs. Bed was better than I expected. Continental breakfast was a joke, coffee was served from a pump thermos, they served Little Debbie Swiss Rolls, sausage links and cold cereal. I would stay again only if it were the only option. I would pay quite a bit more to stay somewhere else.

Stay somewhere else!!!! I never review hotels but feel like I should based on our experience. Booked this hotel based on the 4 stars and the pictures. The hotel looked great and then we saw it in person. This hotel was one of the dirtiest hotels I have ever stayed in. From the floors to the halls to the bathrooms. Our sink was clogged so we notifed the front desk. It was never fixed instead they placed a garbage can under the sink to catch the water. We didn’t realize this until we were checking out and went to move the garbage can under the sink and it was full of water. We only had 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth for the 2 of us. The shower pressure was horrible as well. Continental breakfast was a joke. Food tasted horrible and the juice dispenser was out of commission to no surprise based on our experience up to that point. Do not stay at this hotel! Needless to say I highly recommend staying somewhere else. We will never stay at a Best Western again.

Terrible I booked two rooms to celebrate my daughter's 16th birthday. The pool was freezing, not hot tub as described on website. Rooms were dirty, lots of stains. I refused to shower because the tub was dirty and the shower head looked disgusting. It definitely made the occasion less memorable, especially for the cost.

Don’t stay here. Terrible experience, we will not go back. The place is run down and has a weird smell. The AC unit didn’t work in our room. The blankets on the bed were scratchy. The sink smelled like sewer when the water ran. The breakfast room had trash all over the floor and was not kept clean.

Not the best The people who run the hotel were very friendly, but we wouldn't stay here again. Pros: The location is decent and the rooms are fairly quiet as long as no one is out talking in the hallway. Comfy pillows and decent bed. Very good breakfast. Cons: This property is a bit run down, from stains on the bed and bedding to burned holes in the carpet. The door to our room didn't actually lock on its own. I found a bedbug trap under the table in our room, although we could find no sign of the bugs. The pool was supposed to be closed because it didn't pass minimum health standards (there was a sign on the door), but people were still in there swimming.
