Days End, again Easy access to/from I-49N/S. Caution, the on and off ramps are similar to the frontage roads but it is a good thing that the frontage roads are two-way on both sides of the freeway. The motel is clearly marked and visible. The greeting and check-in was very friendly and welcoming. It is exceptionally well maintained. Everything is clean to include the carpet. The bathroom is so spacious that the TP is hard to reach from a low toilet. It has under the window Heat/Air but the thermostat is wall mounted. That on the unit does not work. The door says "Masks Required" but on entry, they are not. The sign just hasn't been removed. Walmart is nearby and the Murphy station has the best gas prices ($2.97) at the time of our stay. Food services are a short drive, less than a mile.

Save your money and stay away Horrible and nasty hotel. Extremely poorly managed. Breakfast was very limited. The rooms were cover in stains and the fridge did not work. Very rundown exterior. The staff was not friendly and it was not at the front desk during the day. I will never stay in a quality inn again.

Needs better customer service, better housekeepers Room was okay, But not for $153 for the night. When you walk in the light didn't turn on, the 1st lamp didn't turn on, had to walk all the way to the table to turn on the light by the window. The restroom floor had dried up mud next to the bathtub hair in the tub. Toilet paper was very small needed to be changed no extra roll in room. Brown throw sheet on top of bed was so disgusting we automatically threw that to the side. Refrigerator wasn’t working or not on, had a dirty towel underneath it like they were defrosting it. Around 12am the fire alarm goes off there isn’t a phone cover on the phone to call front desk. Had to walk downstairs to the front desk girl calling the police in panic because an angry guest walked out and pulled the alarm. Another lady trying to open it with a Hex Key. Wake up in the morning go down for breakfast and ask the lady for more waffle mix and she gets an attitude and says I just refilled it 30 min. ago I responded well I guess it’s not working then, she opens it and it’s empty. Tried talking to someone about all the issues and she just shrugs her shoulders and walks off. Not caring about the experience, we had.

Roaches anyone? Was ok until a roach crawled up the wall in my room. Theses folks need to call their pest professional and get this taken care of. The checkin was fine, guy was nice, but I just creeped out when I was subjected to roaches......

Comfortable Room, Price is High We only needed a room for a night to catch an early morning flight out of Lafayette. A single room, two beds and a view of Frontage Rd set us back 281.23. I really don’t comprehend what is the deal here. If this is their normal daily rate, look for them to be closed down within the next couple years. While it was a clean, comfortable Room, the price is unreasonable. We definitely will plan ahead next time to book a room without getting skinned.
