Excellent Service for our Retreat! We held our Retreat at the hotel for 3 days and the service was excellent from start to finish. All the staff I encountered were great but a special mention goes to Dee and Oscar. Dee and his team at the Front Desk were friendly, professional and very accommodating to our needs. Dee often went beyond the call of duty when responding to our requests. Oscar in F&B was assigned to us and provided exceptional service. Everything was on time and he was always present to ensure all went well. He often stayed with us beyond our allotted time in the conference room. Dee and Oscar are great assets to Crowne Plaza Downtown Orlando! I would highly recommend this hotel for a Retreat or business meeting.

Sensitive to noise and near elevators. Everything is amazing and wonderful but if you are sensitive to noise avoid rooms ending in 08. They back up to the elevators and the noise is constant 24 hours a day. I am not feeling well so stuck in our room otherwise I would request a change.

Outstanding Team Meeting Experience — Special Thanks to Oscar! We hosted our Afimilk Team Meeting at the Crowne Plaza Orlando Downtown from Tuesday through Thursday, and the experience was outstanding. The hotel was a great fit for a corporate meeting, but what truly set it apart was the exceptional service. Oscar deserves a HUGE shout-out. He handled our catering and went above and beyond at every turn. Oscar was attentive, proactive, and genuinely invested in making sure our team was taken care of. He even arranged special-order items for individual requests that were outside of our original order — a level of service that is rare and greatly appreciated. Oscar’s professionalism, positive attitude, and attention to detail elevated our entire meeting experience. He is a true asset to this hotel, and because of him, we would absolutely choose this property again for future meetings. Highly recommend!

Business meetings in January I stayed for business meetings during the week of January 26. Nice property, comfortable bed. But the best part was the fantastic service and attention to detail by our meeting concierge, Oscar. Oscar was tirelessly taking care of all our food and refreshments during our meetings, and he did it with great humor and sincere kindness. Oscar is a Prince and he deserves his own 5 star rating.
