Excellent breakfast service Terenice was so friendly and welcoming during our breakfast !!! She was attentive as well to my father’s dietary restrictions and helped with delivery of food to our table. There was a good variety of food as well that met all of my family needs.

Very disappointing! This hotel is so blah. There is no personality to it. For a hotel on International Drive in Orlando we found it just very disappointing. The foyer is boring. The bar has nothing going for it. The girl on reception was very friendly. Our room was your basic room. We went to the pool and it was just average. The towels are like feel like they are from a dollar shop, rough and cheap. The pool could do with some nice plants or flowers just to give the place a brightness. Our bed was probably the most uncomfortable one I've ever slept in ever. We tossed and turned on a very old, well used mattress. Neither of us had a good sleep. For breakfast in the morning the choices were horrible. We didn't even eat there, and went elsewhere. The biggest insult as Marriott Bonvoy Titanium member having to pay for parking was unacceptable. We don't return. Go elsewhere if you want some holiday atmosphere and fun.

Disaster We've stayed 3 times in past 2 years. The first was great, they had an executive assistant from corporate office on site for a monh or so. so. He was very professional and kept everyone on their toes. Exception service the while time. The last 2 times, minus the Corporate EA, were much different and unsatisfactory. Let's be frank, very little English is spoken there, both staff and guests. Staff were rude and dismissive. Breakfast is now under lock and key by as assigned staff. Seriously, to get a portion of breakfast entre', the staff has to unlock the tray and serve a single portion. WTH? Felt like kindergarten in Mexico. We won't be back. For a Marriott property, it's a disgrace. We responded thru their requested survey but .we never heard back. Clearly, no one there cares. Adios Amigo!
