Just out for the night and didn't feel like driving home. We had a great one night stay at this hotel. Room was perfect and quiet. David at the front desk was professional and friendly. Clearly someone that takes care of the hotel's guests. Natalie our bartender was super friendly and made some great drinks. We would return to this Holiday Inn.

Bed Bugs I rarely writer reviews, but I need to write one as a warning. The room was nice (Room 505), just a bit leaky toilet tank, but there were bed bugs, which I didn't realize until I woke up. (I had never checked for bed bugs before.) Apparently 50% of people are fine after getting bitten by bed bugs. Some of us don't even get the slightest marks. The other half is allergic to bed bug saliva, and I happen to fall into the latter cattegory. It's been 2 weeks since my stay, and I am still covered in over 100 red dots. They have faded now but are still visible. The first 8-10 days were horrible: the itching sensation would just not go away. My PCP told me to avoid the sun, or I would end up with permanent marks. BTW, when I was checking out, the manager did not offer any compensation. (I told him I had killed a crawling bed bug.) Instead I heard "We've never had issues with bed bugs in Room 505." I returned the next day to show my itching skin and did get my money back. And I have done enough research to know that bed bugs can travel between rooms through the electrical outlets. So there might be no sign of them on the mattrece, but it does not mean they cannot crawl from room to room.

Nicely Done. What surprises me is that it's difficult to know just what you're going to get when it comes to Holiday Inn hotels. This once is nice, the room was fairly well appointed and was of a decent size for one person. I should have informed the hotel that the light switch when you first enter the room didn't work but I usually let minor inconveniences slide.I was satisfied with the hotel, the location is near a few restaurants and other attractions. I recommend it to anyone traveling to Orlando and who expects to be in the UCF area.

Nice hotel in convenient area Beds and pillows were so soft and comfortable. I slept like a baby. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Plenty of places to eat including Golden Corral around the block, Cheddars, and Korean bbq and hot pot. Publix and Walmart are really close too

Best Party ever! We held our staff Holiday party in the Diamond ballroom. It was beautiful! The food was fantastic and the staff was professional, friendly and on point with the service. The room was decorated beautifully and so festive! It make the whole experience wonderful and stress free! The hotel is beautiful and very clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel for parties, events or just to get away!
