Clean and comfortable room, great value for money Despite being in an older building, the inn is super clean and comfortable. Our room was spacious. I would recommend the inn as a budget solution for single night stay. There was a problem with parking space - not enough parking places when I and my boyfriend arrived by car at 10 PM. We didn't manage breakfast, as the place was still closed 20 minutes after its opening time (for both reception and breakfast). We rang the bell, but no one opened the door. After few minutes we just left. For those that are into swimming pools, the one here was not working at the beginning of the season.

Knights Inn Pros: Clean - Middle of town, good location - Good parking – Comfortable and clean bed Cons: Very old and dated – furniture was very used – some appliances did not work – sink was stopped up – refrigerator froze everything – no bars on refrigerator door to hold anything in the door – air conditioner was very loud and always reset itself to 72 – Bathroom had no place to put your accessories – carpet was very stained – several poor looking patches in walls – paint on furniture – bathroom was in between two areas and created a very cold room and a warm room which were separated by door opening with no door – shower head needs cleaning – TV controller was missing rear battery plate, and did not work very well – Staff was indifferent and not welcoming or very friendly – breakfast area was small, crowded and chairs on the tile floor screeched so loud when moved it hurt your ears. Trying to be fair and honest knowing everyone has their side, let me elaborate a bit. Our room had its own parking space although it was a good block from the main office and breakfast area. The breakfast area was about 15 x 12 with a small bar that had all the food on it which consisted of cold hard boiled eggs, cereal, milk, bagels and condiments for them and a small tray of some sweet looking biscuits which we did not try. Our Room: Upon arrival, our key card did not work so we had to walk back to the reception and get help. Housekeeping arrived quickly and explained you must lift and drop the handle to get the door to open. After a few attempts we got the door to work and for the next few days we still had some problems, but nothing we didn’t fix ourselves. Our room at first sight was a bit shocking, since we booked on line and have never stayed here before. It was old and dated. I will say, after looking around, it was clean and bed was a good one. The unusual part was, our room was separated by the bathroom and a door way that went into another room, hence two Queen beds, and the A/C was in the back bedroom window with a view of the appliance dump area and a very nasty looking window. Understand, the view is not that important, so we get it, you have to build somewhere. Problem is the A/C was on that back wall and was pushing air to the front bedroom so the back bedroom was very cold and the front bedroom was warm only because eveytime I set the temp on the A/C to a lower temp in reset itself to 72. Also, needing to make a decision of which room to sleep in, we choose the front because the A/C was so loud. The other issue that drove us crazy was the refrigerator. There was no setting we could set it to that it did not freeze everything. We lost two good salads we purchased. I finally decided to leave a small crack in the door for air to get in and that seemed to help a bit. The bathroom was a good size and clean. There was nowhere to place your items, so it was back and forth to the main room to get what you needed to accomplish your bathroom requirements. The sink was backed up (very slow to empty) and maintenance repaired it for us. Friendly guys, too. The shower head was old and needed some attention as you can see from the photo. Water was hot and plentiful, so, happy about that. The carpet was dated and stained, but clean as far as we could tell, and there was only one chair for both rooms and the on/off switch on one the lamps did not work. Breakfast was subpar with many people all trying to get at the food at the same time. An unusual thing was the toasters. They were placed one behind the other and the back one at a higher level. The problem was they were on a wire stand and very unstable when you pressed the handle to drop the bagel for toasting, and caused you to have to use two hands, one to push the handle down, and the other to stabilize the “Hot” toaster. Coffee was ok, not like we are used to the way we make it. Conclusion: This is the first time we have ever booked online using “Bookings.com” or any online service. We will probably never do it again. Although we were there for three nights, we found it adequate for bathing and sleep. The prices were very fair for what we got. Lesson learned, you get what you pay for, and we should have realized the “RED FLAG” when we saw the price for the stay. Would we return and rebook Knights Inn? No, we would not return there.

Shame Booked in March for August, the hotel cancelled our two rooms 1 month before because for them the prices weren't expensive enough, booking told them they were forbidden to cancel rooms to make more money but they cancelled anyway. Do not go to this hotel.

Very bad experience, very bad business behavior I booked this property on March 2024 for a stay on Sept. 1, 2024. Booking was confirmed and approved by the property. On August 21 the property cancelled the confirmed/approved reservation! Offering the much higher walk in rate. Very bad business behavior - stay away from the Knights Inn Page!!!!

Avoid this hotel ! Avoid this hotel! After booking it four months in advance, our reservation was canceled three days prior to arrival without any explanations. The person to whom we wrote was super rude as was the person at the front desk…. The hotel was not full : they tried to have us book another room for three times the price we had originally got!
