Great stay Very nice motel in a convenient location. Clean, cold good breakfast, kids swam until 8:30 awesome I think this site is ridiculous, it doesn't take this many words to say you have a great motel in a great beautiful area. Sorry but I'm out of words Thanks

We won’t come back in this hotel On our arrival the guy behind the counter didn’t say “hello” or “how are you?” The only words spoken where “ID and credit card, please”. All the ice machines in the hotel are out of order, apparently for a longer periode of time, based on the notes that can be found on a lot of places in the hotel. The showers and rooms are ok, although there is some lack of maintenance. The wifi reception drops so every now and then. The swimming pool itself seems to be ok, but there is a lack of chairs and the chairs that are around look old and dirty. We are happy to leave this place after a single night.

cannot be recommended Worst hotel I have ever been to. the room was not ready on time, really bad breakfast, the room was very worn and the pool was out of order the two days we were here. Furthermore, the staff are completely indifferent to almost everything. this hotel gets zero stars and definitely cannot be recommended.

Smile? Why should they. The hotel is not bad but they have never heared of service with a smile. The elevator is overworked, the staircase is not to be found. All in all a reasonable hotel for an acceptable price. But thats it. There are many more hotels in this city of religions.

If it’s so painful- don’t work here Cleanliness of room- fair- please ignore the bathroom door that has been kicked in. Rather than replace said door, brass kick-plate partially placed over hole. I guess in preparation for next kick! Comfort of beds-decent It’s the rudeness of the employees ( at least 3 different female staff) all that I interacted with ~ demeaned when I asked if there was coffee, and the harsh response was “ It’s coming, don’t ask me that question again” When trying to discern the proper time, as clocks in the room and my clock differed. The front desk representative stated, “ I wouldn’t know, I don’t look at the room at clocks “ And when trying to get ann understanding of towel exchange and garbage emptying , was told differing instructions, and alss, when I returned to my room, nothing was done. No trash emptied. No towel replacement. I would not have dared asked for room to be cleaned. I would never stay at this establishment again. And. As a final farewell ~ no coffee. no surprise!
