Comfort Suites Palm Bay - Melbourne

Somewhat disappointed that the management is keeping up on maintenance. And please offer a decent breakfast The check in experience was very good and was even given a discount. My room was clean and to my surprise the bed was very comfortable. I have a sleep number bed at home and found I liked the hotel bed better. In general the hotel needs some refurbishing. One elevator buttons were missing numbers. The breakfast was cheap and few options. Eggs flipped no yokes, no scrambled eggs, no pancakes, make your own waffles. So many hotels in the area are so much better

Hahaha Worst hotel I have stayed at. Dirty no concern for the guests. Hair dryer almost caught on fire when i plugged it in. Dirty nasty sink. Manager is very unprofessional. Not worth the money go somewhere else!!!!

Amazing employees Jennifer did an amazing job cleaning my room. I ran into her in the hallway after she had cleaned my room. She was the sweetest person I have ever spoken to. She was very professional when speaking to me. She was very detail-orientated when it came to cleaning the room I was staying in. You will be well taken care of if you book a night at this hotel.

Great Staff, Clean rooms, breakfast was delicious Welcoming staff from checking in with front desk, housekeeping service from Jennifer was great. Very polite and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. The rooms were clean. The beds and pillows were soft and comfortable. Recommend!!!!!!

Wonderful !!! After a long day on the road, I appreciated EVERYTHING about this lovely hotel! Grounds were nicely manicured. Candice at the front desk was warmly welcoming at check-in, he perfect combination of friendly & efficient, as was Patrick the next morning @ checkout. Several luggage carts in the bright & beautiful lobby w/automated front doors made loading/unloading my suitcase, briefcase, cooler & misc equipment quick & EZ. Two swift elevators. My room was clean & comfortable w/fridge/micro & in-room coffee/tea. Free wifi w/ample signal strength. Plenty of granite counter space & generous supply of bright white towels. Slept well on super comfortable bed w/nice linens & lots of fat, fluffy pillows. Parking lot was well lit & I felt my vehicle was safe. I especially appreciated that the parking spaces were wide enough to accommodate my Tundra crew cab & I could actually open the doors. Amenities I didn't use included pool, fitness & business center. A couple small housekeeping issues: was surprized to find black mold in the shower. The alarm clock was unplugged & when I went to plug it back in & reset it, noticed debris behind the night stand, including a candy wrapper & pill of some sort so I plugged it into the desk lamp instead because yuck, I didn't want to reach back there. Also, bedside lamps were rusted & need to be replaced, hopefully with something that has usb ports. Otherwise, everything top notch & I would happily stay here again :-)
