Amazing Resort with AWESOME staff Just completed a 4 day, 3 night golf trip with our golf league. At the front desk, Lindsey and Mary were FABULOUS! They were always there to make sure our stay was excellent. We had breakfast every morning. Chef Jeff made delicious meals that were served by Sophia and Cat. They all made our days start off with a smile and full stomach! The golf courses were in amazing shape. Overall, the entire experience was AWESOME. I can't wait until next year!

Disappointing. Needs an update The grounds are lovely but the rooms and restaurants are disappointing. The rooms could use some updating. We had a two queen size bed suite with a kitchen and the bathroom was very small. The steakhouse restaurant was closed except for Wednesday throughSaturday. The other restaurant which is a Grill I had a lack luster menu and food that was just so-so. We chose this hotel because we had surgery nearby on two of the days and wanted a place where there was a restaurant on site. Also the spa was closed for the three nights we were there.

Valspar Attended the final round at the Valspar. Friendly staff and decently priced beers. Cocktails are a little on the expensive side. Copperhead course was in the poorest shape I’ve seen. Was fun to go but a little hot for April. Hopefully they get the course back up to par.

Great Resort for Golf, Tennis and Pool Enthusiasts We just got back from a five night stay at Innisbrook. We were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and were joined by friends who were also celebrating their 25th anniversary earlier this year. We had a spacious two bedroom suite with two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a large balcony overlooking the golf course. The suite was clean and housekeeping provided daily service. Our suite was directly across the street from the Loch Ness Monster Pool which we enjoyed daily for lunch, frozen cocktails and a few trips down the water slides. I took a private tennis lesson with Sean who provided excellent tips but it was uncomfortably hot! (90+ degrees with extreme humidity) I was mostly impressed by the service we received by all the employees at Innisbrook. I had exchanged telephone calls and emails with Diana Felix in guest services prior to and during our stay. She provided excellent customer service and recommendations for dining options. Christine Evans greeted us every day, by name, at the Lock Ness pool and anticipated our drink and food requests. All the employees are still required to wear masks due to COVID but I could tell that they were greeting us with smiles behind their masks. We had dinner at the Market Salamander Grille on two evenings. The food, service and ambiance were outstanding. We had the noodle bowl, redfish tacos, and fresh grouper and all of these dishes are memorable. I recommend eating outside on the patio, weather permitting. We ventured off property a few times and took a day trip to Caladesi Island State Park which is only accessible by boat. I would recommend a visit to this remote beach but be well equipped. Bring a cooler with food and drinks. The food options are limited. The resort has four golf courses and we were there at the conclusion of the Valspar Championship. We did not play golf but I would recommend Innisbrook for a family or group looking for a golf/pool/tennis vacation.

Spacious rooms, nice resort, good tennis! I booked a weekend at Innisbrook for me and my 12 yr old son. He was playing a tennis tournament about 15 minutes away and I wanted to stay someplace with courts so he could warmup before his matches. I was wary after reading the recent reviews that the rooms would be dated, dirty or noisy. None of which was true for our visit. We arrived around 8pm on Friday night and check-in was a breeze. The desk attendant quickly gave me the keys and was able to secure a late checkout, which I was very grateful for. I booked a two queen suite and the room was large with a kitchenette that included all of the necessities. It had a half fridge, small stove and oven, microwave and small appliances (blender, toaster, etc). We were on the first floor of the Dublin building and our room was renovated and nice. The room was clean when we arrived and I had no complaints at all. After his Saturday matches we went to one of the resort pools, which also had a hot tub. The pool was quiet (we did not go to the kid's pool) and we were able to relax for a couple of hours before dinner at the on-site steakhouse. The steakhouse dinner was excellent and we both thoroughly enjoyed our meals. There were a few things that could be improved upon: - in our room the refrigerator hadn't been closed all the way and the ice buildup in the freezer had melted and created a watery mess in the fridge. - our key stopped working once. That's pretty annoying when you have to get in the car and drive back to reception to get a new one. - housekeeping came on Saturday while we were away and took all of our towels and didn't replace them. They are not doing full cleanings, just towel swaps, but they forgot half of the swap. - the pool filter wasn't running so there were leaves and debris floating in the pool. - the snack bar by the pool was closed so we couldn't get any drinks or anything. They should at least sell sodas/beers in the pro shop there for when the snack bar is closed. - my son forgot a toothbrush and unfortunately they do not have a little sundry shop on-site so I had to drive to a local gas station on Friday night to find him one. Those were all minor nuisances and overall we had a great trip and will definitely return again. We did play a little tennis at the resort and were happy with the lesson/warmup my son received from the Pro at the courts. I would not hesitate to stay here!
