Money well spent! The facility is clean, rooms were clean and smelled good. The check in process was easy. The girl was very friendly, and the lady that set up and cleaned up during the breakfast was a joy to be around.

Filthy Facility and Questionable Hilton Billing Practices. I have exclusively stayed in Hilton properties for greater than 30 years. As of today, I will no longer continue my loyalty to any Hilton property. After a horrendous experience with the aforenoted hotel, and double billing for a second consecutive stay, I HAVE HAD IT! The hotel was absolutely disgusting. The hallways were filthy, and bugs were found in the bed. The Hilton website has the audacity to state that the hotel was renovated in 2023, additionally the manager of this Hampton Inn, Kiki, was the most obnoxious, rude, and discourteous individual ever encountered. Hilton customer service when initially contacted with concerns about this property, and it's manager, provided a modicum of service, however when necessity to contact customer service was required a second time due to billing issues, that included billing multiple credit cards, including the one used to book and the one utilized at time of stay rises concern as to how many customers have been defrauded by their billing practices. FOR EMPHASIS, my family, and every person I come in contact with from this day forward will be advised of Hilton's shortcomings, especially the massive issues with Hampton Inn and Suites Palmdale.

Highly recommended I loved the service and the cleanliness. I was stopping by for the night. Def need a better blanket. I was cold most of the night and I usually can't sleep w the heater on either. The blanket is like a sheet.

Good location I traveled with my family for thanksgiving, we booked the room for 7 days. Upon checking in, were were told that our room would only receive full service on the 4th day but was offered to have the room trash and towels replaced daily if i wanted that. I accepted the towel replacement and trash emptying daily but it would not happen. I had to ask the front desk almost daily for new towels and had to take out my own trash. Aside from this, all staff was very friendly and welcoming and I especially appreciated the area, we felt safe and loved having stores and restaurants very close. Would stay here again.

Convenient and close to everything This was a very convenient stop as it was close to many food and shopping options. The hotel was clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the varied free breakfast offerings. I suggest a room on the third floor opposite the freeway side, which actually offered a nice view.
