Get Hotel This hotel was definitely worth my stay, very family oriented, rooms were clean, the housekeepers could be a little more friendly but i guess because they were busy. The front desk was very welcoming, always greeted with a smile, always a simple hello, welcome back and how are you doing go along way. Rosemary the night person was amazing she answered all questions we have and seen her during our check out process in the morning. She is Truly amazing, having her energy and interaction with us guest is true hospitality.

Awful I love Staybridge but this was the worst. We had our dog with and paid the $75 pet fee, when we got to the room Cooper found a pen cap, which he could have choked on and then a dead roach. Told the clerk they were to give me extra points, didn’t get them. And then we found 2 more roaches, ants in the kitchen and bathroom , light switch broke, broken tiles in the bathroom, some lights didn’t work. Told the clerk and they said manager would call, I’ve left 2 messages and never have received a call back. Guess they don’t care about repeat business.

Go Elsewhere! We’ve been staying at Staybridge for a while now, we were always very happy to stay at this hotel in North Dakota until just last night. As a matter of fact, we didn’t get to stay when we booked our room because the lady there rudely told us we couldn’t stay there because “their policy” was that the credit card and ID needed to match the name of the person on the reservation. I found this outrageous because we’ve always booked under my IHG account and my partner always paid with his credit card and ID. Never had issues until last night. I explained to the lady there and she responded with the most awful attitude claiming it was “policy.” If that’s the case, when I booked the reservation online, there should’ve been some sort of disclaimer. We won’t be doing business with this chain of hotels any longer. I’ll be expecting the full refund, if not, I’ll be taking this up with someone in a higher position.

Don’t STAYbridge Here are a few bad things about this location up front: 1. The pool and jacuzzi was green and contained an enormous amount of plant material. Guests were seen cleaning the pool so their kids could use it. 2. Requested towels and linen as room was not equip with basic items upon arrival at room. Requested items provided but did not contain the original amount of items and there was no mention of when the remaining items would arrive. 3. Bed skirt contained toothpaste and was told it had been cleaned but it did not appear to be. 4. Hotel rooms television did not work. Employees had no idea when issue would be resolved. We stayed 1 1/2 weeks and still inoperable. 5. Loose tiling in the bathroom. 6. Washer and dryers were broken entire stay. Out of order signs posted. 7. The breakfast food was not well prepared. Eggs were over cooked and dry, waffle station is a cramped little area, ran out of waffles 2 hours before end of service. 8. Hotel advertised as NONE SMOKING but that is not the case. Here are a few positives about this Staybridge location: 1. It’s located close to restaurants and fast food options. 2. Not far from major locations ie LAX, Bass Pro, Sequoia National Park etc. We’ve stayed at multiple Staybridge locations and this is by far the worst location to date. The staff seemed moderately interested in caring for our needs but with little energy and efficiency.

Almost a home away from home A 5 day stay during a very busy time with most hotels being sold out. I booked on a third party site where bed choice would be assigned based on the number of guests. Unfortunately, my older mother, who had just fallen and I were assigned a king studio suite. I thought the sofa pulled out, but it didnt. No room to change and the Hotel Management didnt seem interested in entertaining it. So we slept in the same bed for 5 days. Not the best situation, but manageable. If you are counting on a sleeper sofa, please ask so you dont have a surprise. Other than that the room is well appointed. I give the room 5 stars. All in all, I believe this stay would have been better had I reserved a 2 queen 2 room suite. Breakfast was ok, it had the basic elements but not the best. Due to the hotel being sold out ( various sports competitions), lots of kids and gatherings in common areas, the floors were dirty and the main bathrooms in common areas were always out of toilet paper. The pool is nice and the fitness area was well appointed. I asked for a late check out (needed an hour) and was told they could not accomodate although the hotel emptied out. Would I stay here again...probably not as there are nicer "suite" hotels in the area.
