Very lovely and accommodating owners. Very nice quaint and quiet motel. The owners are very accommodating and made our stay more than comfortable. Rooms are always clean. It’s the only place we stay when we come to Panguitch and look forward to the next trip. They have always worked with us on our check-in / check-out times. They have a nice little bbq area that we always use when we are there.

Traveling through to visit Bryce Traveling to Bryce with our dog. We stopped at The Mariana Inn as the owner answered the phone and was very friendly. In hind sight you have a lot of options when visiting Bryce, but this place was convenient to Bryce. Not commercial at all, very inexpensive, nice beds, nice TV and nice shower. There is a park across the street for the dog! Not fancy but room was clean and enough space.i also would add it appears updates are ongoing.

Go Somewhere else My friend and I were charged an extortionate £352 for a shabby room with a double bed ( we had asked and paid for two separate beds but obviously the host had given our room away). It was the night before the eclipse and the cost didn't justify the room. There was no water in the hand basin and I had to scoop water from the bath taps.. They refused a refund as we had been forced to accept the room as there was nowhere else in at 10pm at night and we were desperate to eat after a long drive . A $30 room should never ever be hiked to that price ever. Extremely disappointed and I've stayed in hostels all over the world. Pangquitch itself is lovely and close to Bryce Canyon.. Stay anywhere but here . wish I'd read the previous reviews..

Keep driving Worst Hotel stay ever. Carpet was covered in dog hair, the fridge was warm and full of black mold. The heater didn't work and the temps dropped down into the 30's. Could not get on the wifi. The shower did not drain well and the water filled up around my feet! Yuck!! Horrible smell. (Mold and animal smell) Keep driving

Worst stay at a hotel I have ever had. Do not stay here! Read the reviews! Find a better hotel in Panguitch! Worst hotel EVER. She tried to charge me for my service dog. She demanded proof she is a service dog. She demanded to know my disability. I informed her she violated Utah ADA laws, & she didn't even know what I was talking about. The room was FILTHY. I went to the store & bought cleaning supplies! I cleaned it myself. When I was gone early in the morning, hiking, despite "DO NOT DISTURB" sign on door, they went into my room & then left the key hanging out of my door. Unattended. For who knows how long. I came back 90 minutes before checkout. Absolutely anyone could have entered my room & robbed me. I had thousands of dollars in cash, credit cards, iPad, laptop, jewelry, expensive clothes, shoes, and my dog in there. I pulled the key out & went to the front desk where I had to call out three times to get the owner to come to the desk. She stated that because my car was gone, they assumed I checked out and that "there are so many rooms they have to start cleaning early". I reminded her that is only when someone actually checked out! I had NOT! All she did was justify the situation & argue with me. She was not accountable at all. She claimed the key was stuck & she was watching my room for safety. In reality she was not watching my room. She wasn't even near that side of the building. All things considered, I decided to call hotel.com customer service. They called her & she refused to refund my money. She also stated that others pay for service animals and show proof which means she is violating a lot of people's disability rights. I tried to talk to her about these issues, but she just argued. Do not go here if you have a service animal. Do not go here, if you prefer to have a clean room. Do not stay here if you're traveling with valuables. i ma a super laid back person who rarely gets upset. Even after the violation of my disability rights and the dirty room, I still was just going to let it go. But entering my room before I checked out, and leaving the key in the door was where I draw the line. Find a better hotel in panguitch. I wish I had read the reviews before I booked the room here.
