Excellent Experience The AGM (Assistant General Manager) was amazing and super professional! She personally inspected our room! Excellent by the way, housekeeping did an awesome job! We stay at this hotel at least twice a year, this time was the best hands down! Only down side was that evening we went to the restaurant in the hotel and the guy working said his kitchen was down and all he could do is chips and dip. He should've just not opened the restaurant if that was the case. Felt odd to us almost as if he just didn't want to deal with cooking. Just my opinion. Other than that excellent service and a superior customer service from the AGM! See y'all next time!!

Ridiculous/Expensive Parking Fee! My wife and I have been staying here for years as a nice, less expensive and convenient hotel to stay at along the interstate during our road trips. Well now they have slipped in a NIGHTLY $14 parking fee! This is a blatant “bait and switch” BS expense that I didnt even know about until I was checking in at the front desk and noticed their little hand written note taped to the counter saying there is a $14 nightly parking fee. Yes it’s in the website if you happen to click the “see more” button. If they are that hard up to gouge more money from us then just build it into the nightly fee vs making it a surprise cost that a lot of people will miss seeing! We will be looking for other hotels from now on…

OK stay but not the cleanest We stayed here on two different occasions, going to and from Las Vegas, and booked two rooms each time. I wish I could give this place 5 stars but both times, we found hairs in the sink and on the faucet, which made us feel that the place was not cleaned well. The carpet in our room was also not the cleanest. One of our rooms also did not have a working TV which we reported when we checked out the next day. The staff is friendly here however. We requested side-by-side rooms and the first time, we were able to get rooms on the same floor, not too far from each other - which worked fine for us. The second time, our rooms were side-by-side. We decided to stay here because it was almost double the price to stay at other locations in nearby Grand Junction. I agree with other reviews that the $14 parking fee was ridiculous but I knew about the fee prior to our stay from reading reviews. I also think the fee that they charge for the breakfast is outrageous for what was offered and the quality, so we skipped that. I don't think we will be staying here again, primarily because of the cleanliness issue.

OK for 1-night stay. Firm mattress and ridiculous parking fee! Convenient budget hotel for a one night stay. No breakfast and ridiculous parking fee for being in the middle of nowhere! Room was relatively clean. Adequate towels were provided. Mattress was very firm, making for an uncomfortable nights sleep.
