Great Trip! Great restaurants, outstanding service, and beautiful views. Definitely get your money’s worth. Rooms could be cleaner. Sheets had stains on them upon arrival. Otherwise, staff was friendly and would promptly provide great service. We had an amazing trip.

Amazing stay !! This is my second time staying at this resort. The hospitality is out of this world and the beach views anele out of this world. Restaurants are delicious and buffet is good as well. Resort could be updated a bit but would come back again for sure.

Memories Made Great trip overall!! Food was great (Japanese Restaurant a 10) and the majority of the staff were pleasant. Some of the staff at the pool hut were not very friendly or helpful. Entertainment was excellent! Would love to see a shop in the hotel instead of walking across the street to a tiny shop. Room was a bit damp and no fan in the bathroom but you’re not in your room much. However, it was a great week and a lot of memories made. We would go back!

Nice place to vacay Beautiful ocean/beach, but no servers on beach to bring you beverages in the hot sun.Great assistance from managers when needed to make restaurant reservations. Rooms were nice, but pillows are flat and Room Service only provides sandwiches and chips. Pools had fun activities. Premium liquor is very limited at pool bars, but there are slightly more choices at the Tgeater Bar which is open 24 hours/ day with good nightly entertainment that engages guests in fun Pre- Shows add themed Premier shows each evening. All of the restaurants had very good food! My husband and I met great people and enjoyed a great week vacation there!

Excellent stay…don’t let negative reviews sway you. This all-inclusive, adults-only hotel was exactly what my wife and I needed in order to escape our very packed schedules. The hotel staff were extremely pleasant and accommodating; the food was great (make sure you reserve times at each hotel restaurant, which are also included in your all-inclusive rate) and all drinks included, including in the room; the room was fantastic, with a deck overlooking the ocean; and the poolside and/or beachfront relaxation were tops. We couldn’t have asked for a better week.
