The most helpful staff. Both Audra Johnson and Mike at the front desk where the most helpful people I have ever dealt with at a hotel during my 70 years of travel. Everything else was also great. I would not hesitate to stay there again, especially if Audra and Mike were at the front desk.

Excellent Family Place to Stay This is a very nice, very clean, very quiet and very family friendly hotel. It has a very large pool and hot tub. The game room was a unique addition. It is close to the heart of town and all activities. It is very close to many restaurants. The restaurant onsite is very nice and not busy at all. Felt safe enough to the let the kids run around all day. This is a great buy for the quality.

Customer service Audra at the front desk was awesome! Definitely 5 stars for customer service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We got into town early and Audra was so accommodating and even upgraded us. The location of the hotel was convenient and walking distance to stores. Definitely recommend!

Tired Hotel in Need of Renovations First off the hotel staff are friendly and very helpful. The hotel itself is just average at best. The hotel is tired and dated looking and not Hilton quality speaking as a Hilton Diamond member. The hotel doesn’t appear to have been updated in the past 15-20 years. The hotel restaurant has a fairly limited menu and is a little pricy for what you get but on the positive side there are several restaurants within walking distance. On the plus side they do serve a free appetizer from 4-6pm daily in addition to the DoubleTree cookies anytime.

Exceptional service Mike at the front desk was outstanding. So kind and paid attention to every detail. We had a little problem with our reservation and Mike was so great at taking care of this. The room was so clean and so comfortable. And the location was so close to all the attractions. We will stay here again.
