America's outdoor playground with reasonable room rates and secure gear storage I grabbed a king room for less than $60 night. Heavy sturdy furniture, pretty darn clean room, close to several restaurants, fule stops, and interesting shops reminiscent of Moab. It's on a smaller scale for sure, I like that. I could easily park 5 bicycles in the room, the place is clean and well decorated. The carpet is not plush. It is indoor outdoor , so industrial and geared around outdoor enthusiasts. had a few rough spots like I wouldn't lay down on it. Lol. But why would you? Fridge and microwave, full tub, swimming pool, and ice. 20 minutes north of Cedar City. It's my new stopover. Room was also $60 lower than CC. Try this one. PS, I checked in at 1am, they were super about it

A pleasant surprise We stayed here twice while travelling between Colorado and California and were impressed. The motel is right off I-15 and pretty basic, but very nicely decorated with comfortable beds and good-sized rooms. The service was truly excellent - everyone we interacted with was kind and helpful. A basic breakfast is served in the game room next to the office, and there is a nice restaurant on-site with good mom and pop style food for incredibly low prices. A pool is available in a separate building on-site, but we didn't have time to visit it. My only complaint is that the AC units are older (and noisy), otherwise the property was quiet. There is a decent supermarket right across the street for any needs you might have. The value for what we paid was far better than we expected - well worth the stop!

So, so bad I have been to this location many times over the years as we have a family reunion every other year in Parowan. It has definitely gone down hill, perhaps because of new ownership. Unfortunately, this is basically the only place to stay in Parowan unless you go for an airbnb. Pros: 1. The lights work 2. They have curtains Cons: 1. When we first arrived we noticed that the toilet had dried urine on and under the seat. There was a long black hair under one pillow and a live bug under another pillow. Most of the pillows were stained, dingy and pretty much disgusting. The next day we asked for a cleaning and new pillows. Although the "cleaned" and put on new pillow cases, the pillows were the same. 2. After a long hot day driving, we were eager to jump in the pool. The water was literally so hot that it was unsafe. We mentioned this to the desk person and he said he would pass on the info. We learned the next day that indeed there was a problem with the temperature. It took several days to get to an acceptable temperature. 3. "Breakfast included". Well, that is a joke. Thursday morning we were told that the grab and go breakfast (boxes of cereal) was only available Friday through Sunday. 4. Although the rooms did have AC, it was so so noisy that we had to decide if we wanted to be hot, or deal with the annoying sound all night. 5. One day we needed some clean towels and we needed the trash to be emptied. The girl at the desk said they needed 24 hour for any requests. Seriously. 6. The last day we noticed ants. 7. The grounds are so dirty and gross. I get that it is an old property, but something as simple as a regular pressure washing, or emptying the big trash cans, could make a difference. They did agree to refund one night's stay as we stayed for 4 nights. That was a meager attempt to make things right. Basically, we plan on never going back

Won’t be back This place used to be great for a little getaway! Now it is a place we will never return. Reasons? 1. Room smelled like wet dog & the smell never went away. 2. Dog hair all over the bathroom floor - was obviously not cleaned. 3. Bathroom itself & counter with sink was not cleaned either. Spots everywhere & shower was gross! 4. Pillows must be 20 years old. All clumpy.

Awful stay Unfortunately I don’t agree with the many good reviews this place seems to have. The rooms were not clean. Huge sticky stain on floor, run down dirty bathroom, no smoke detector(mounts, but no unit) and all coffee packets in the room were decaf and they didn’t even have coffee brewed in the morning for guests. Apparently they also use to offer a nice breakfast and now all they provide is a granola bar basket next to dry coffee pot. No ice machine either. The only good thing I can say is staff was friendly and it was quiet. I missed the $60 Booking.com deal and ended up paying $84/one night which was way overpriced for how awful the place was. I expect a lot more from a place reviewed so well. Very confusing. Would never stay there again and there are few places I feel that strongly about and I’m not that picky honestly. Clean with basic amenities is all I ask for. Stay in Cedar City, UT for better options.
