Good service , clean room Good room , clean , nice personal , good price , internet could be batteri, miss swedich in tv launge, the Coffee was ok , i have wisch more at breakfast time, butt it was quaierd and not so mutch noice at the hotel

Sleepless nights I wish I could say something beyter about this hotel but when you find crawling critters in the bathroom that emerge from the walls, the bed cover is torn and dengy dirty as well as no remote its a problem

Roach Motel Definition of roach motel. As we walked in we saw small roaches in the bathroom and also larger ones climbing the wall and on bed. Crickets as well near the window . Unfortunately did not take pictures because we turned around fast, of course lost money but wouldn't put my family's health at risk.

Cancelation woes - Costco Citi card to the rescue!! Prob not a bad budget hotel to stay, good location for the parade, but never got the chance. However, watch out for Owner/Operator that is merciless w/ cancelations! Almost cost us near $300 for 1 night stay on Jan 1st. Made rez thru Booking.com at last minute, as it stated "free cancelation", had to change plans, so 45 min later called Super8 to let them know. Mgr/Owner said no way Jose, can't cancel day of. Rez was 45 min old! Said ok, I'll cancel thru CC then. Costco Citi card to the rescue again!! Took until end of Feb, as the management would not respond, but Citi took care of dispute as they ALWAYS do. If you have to reserve anything, purchase anything, car rental, etc. - they always have your back in a dispute. I value it immensely for this one Service, along w/ many others, AND that I haven't paid a Costco Executive Member fee since 2016.

Unclean Roaches coming out of furniture, hard time sleeping with critters running around the walls, bathroom was unwelcoming, looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for days with grime on walls and on faucet handles.
