Hot pool The pool is hot, not warm, but hot. There are no vending machines but they do have a pantry where you can buy snacks. The pantry was very understocked, and no prices are posted. So I went to the front desk to inquire, but no one was there. The dryer was broken, and there’s only 1. The gym was nice, but it was hot. Also the water fountain cooler thing ran out of water after my second drink. The bed was lumpy and the pillows went flat as soon as you laid your head on them. The bathroom was nice. _

Hilton Saved the Day My AC went out and my family and I had to pack up and leave quickly….The Hilton Garden Inn was a last minute choice, that left me pleasantly surprised. I’d never stayed at this hotel before or any Hilton Garden Inn for that matter. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the front desk staff was friendly and accommodating, We were here for 3 days until our AC had been replaced - Conveniently located with great service, it made my stay during our crisis truly enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Living on Tulsatime in H/Pearland town A wonderful quiet location. Pretty carpeting....great meeting areas....rooms with even # have a lake and nature view. ( that may be stretching it a lil bit..but enjoyed the view_) Management and housekeeping are attentive. Jasmine at front desk...phenomenal_. Would definitely stay again. Thanks

Decline This place has been our go to for years. The decline in staff, cleanliness, and all aspects have made us rethink our stay moving forward. The staff is less responsive, rooms are far less clean and maintained while I understand covid had an impact this is becoming unexcusable.
