Great Stay Very comfortable beds, great service, very clean and reasonable priced. Would stay again. Very good area and well trained staff. Had luggage carts available and elevator service to 2nd floor was fast. Woyld recommend this to anybody driving through that needed a room.

Handicap Accessible Not Really Accessible Had an “accessible” room but not sure I completely agree with the accessibility. While the room was very spacious, the shower/tub did not have a seat as the website claimed. That was the main reason for booking this hotel/room. Just putting a bunch of grab bars in a shower does not make it hdcp accessible. Mobility challenged people need the ability to sit while showering.

Don't book online. Booked the wrong date, by someone who couldn't hardly speak English, they refused to refund my money. The manager tried but the corporate people wouldn't issue a refund. Be sure that your dates are understood.

Great place to stay in Pell City I've stayed here twice since May, the last time in July for almost a week. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The hotel is clean, and the bed is so comfortable. I love that they have lemon water available all day - just a nice touch. The breakfast is okay. I did find out that even though they said it starts at 6 am, I found if I waited until then the bagels were gone since the workers staying there eat earlier. So I just came down before 6. I also liked having a refrigerator for snacks and extra breakfast items I picked up at the local Publix. If I'm ever in the area again, I definitely will stay there.

Outstanding hotel and customer service We stayed here making the reservations the night before after checking reviews of the other hotels at this exit. Glad we did. The front desk customer service person was exceptional. Room more square footage than the other hotels close by, extremely clean and the breakfast was delicious, hot and fresh.
