Nice staff and rooms Wendy was very nice while checking us in. The rooms were clean and quiet. The cleaning staff were not trying to rush us out in the morning. The only complaint is a corporate one. Why can’t you leave the thermostats alone? I like a cool room to sleep in but Holiday Inn feels if I am not moving while I am sleeping the ac doesn’t need to run. Very nice hotel and people.

Good price, clean, comfortable, and quiet East access from I-20. Good room rate. Friendly welcome at front desk and quick check in process. They answered questions about nearby restaurants and feedback on each. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The hot breakfast was typical complimentary style, was good, and kept replenished.

Don't hold your breath Assigns a room to you... nothing new. But they Don't know how to reassign rooms. Waiting an hour, but let others check in because "their" room is ready. Total bull. I am a gold member and stay 300 days a year in hotels. Wasn't checking in early. Just needed my room available at 3pm so i could sleep in order to go to work at 10pm. Poorly run hotel. Went to Comfort Suites (diamond member) next door, got right in and for a cheaper price.

SB Stayed one night with my daughter to go to Birmingham for a show. The hotel was clean. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Free breakfast was excellent. Just don’t stay in room 314. It reeked of cigarette smoke.

Great stay Great stay for vintage motorcycle festival and have stayed here in previous years for same event. Maribel at front desk was great, very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good with crisp bacon that was even brought to my table. The ladies running breakfast did a great job. Housekeeping service was daily which is the first time I have seen that during Covid. Nice to get fresh towels. Walking distance to restaurants.
