WORST HOTEL SERVICE EVER If I could give zero points that is what I would give. Spend the extra $ for nearby hotels and be much happier. The owner will steal from your card. It is dirty. They don't serve breakfast ever. Stinks and dirty. Worst, absolute worst customer service you will ever run into at a hotel. They act as though they are doing you a favor... Internet is always down.

Dirty Dirty hotel. It smells of marijuana and old stinky room smell. You open the room door and you just get an awful dirty smell. Stay here only as a last resort.

NASTY The entire hotel smells of marijuana and cigarette smoke. The rooms are just ok. Check your towels and washcloths before using to make sure there aren't stray hairs from previous use. Pillows are couch pillow size. Pay your deposit in cash and wait while they inspect, otherwise they refund that day to your card and then charge your card 4 days later saying you smoked in the room. We absolutely did not. My mother even went outside in her pajamas to smoke. Elevator is nasty and ridiculously slow. Not even sure how its passing inspection when most of the safety writing is worn of. Hallways are dark. Room with the ice machine is sketchy at best, and no light. Did not see a sign of breakfast, coffee or anything of the sort while we were there.

Lacking in service Asked for sheets my first night because they were soiled on arrival, checked out a week ago and I’m still waiting for sheets. Called two days before arrival asking for two rooms on same floor and next to each other for me and my parents. Was assured by worker it was taken care of. At check in, they got one floor and I got another. The halls smell of weed. They kept my deposit even after check out because my mother, on a different account and different room did not check out yet. Very poorly managed
