Christmas 2023 Very pleased with stay over Christmas. Hotel was clean, well equipped and very comfortable. All the staff where friendly, the service was great also food from the restaurant was great and plentiful. Highly recommend you stay here if in the area.

Find somewhere else Awful...outdated. dirty with smell and hair. Mattress was springy like from the 1980s. Best up furniture, mismatched room comparable to motel 6. Heeeby jeeebys. They do give you 2 free bottles of water! I would never consider this antique again.

Very pleasant 2-night stay We stayed two nights while in Pensacola to see some Blue Wahoos baseball games. I'm not sure what else was going on in the area but hotels were ridiculously expensive, over double what I'd expect. This was a nice place but not worth anywhere the $250/night they were charging. We arrived right at the 4 PM checkin time and were able to get right into our room. Everything was clean and comfortable. Our room had a tight bedroom area separated from a small living room with pullout sofabed by the bathroom. Not a great overall setup but it worked ok for us. The bathroom could use a vent fan or the one in there needs to be improved if there is one. We didn't have much time in the hotel so did not use the pool or fitness center but both looked nice. We interacted with a few staff members and all were friendly and helpful. The only reason for my 4 instead of 5 rating is that for such an overpriced hotel, you'd think breakfast would be included. They wanted $15 per person! No thanks, the Dunkin Donuts next door provided me with perfectly good breakfasts for a few dollars.

Pleasant in P'cola I stayed at this property April 1-4, 2024, Room 124. Room was neat with micro/fridge. All hotel staff were professional and pleasant. Parking was cool, plenty of dining options close to the hotel. I used the workout room once, no issues. My group had complimentary breakfast...It was tasty and had a good variety of food. I would stay here again. Suzy at the front desk was especially sweet. Thanks.

Solid Value Clean and quiet hotel, in a great location. Staff was friendly and helpful during our stay. Even though this is located in a congested area, it is very easy to get in to and out of. I will definitely stay here again.
