Very nice, quiet and clean hotel in a great location I have been staying here for many years when in Phoenix on business. Its location is perfect for getting around town. The staff are wonderful. The hotel is clean and quiet at night. Rooms are big and well maintained. Plenty of real good eats nearby. I highly recommend this property and will continue staying here.

Extremely Happy Hotel From the first time we entered the Hotel we were happy. The entrance was very clean and had a good feeling. The Front Desk was extremely friendly and helpful and check in was fast. The Breakfast Room was very clean and the Hostess was very friendly and had prepared a fantastic breakfast. She was very pleasant and when we asked her about something she was quick to answer. The Hostess of the Breakfast Room was helping people making the Waffles which I found was very rare. Overall this was a great experience.

Not your typical best western standard. Hotel staff not friendly, room amenities not functional nor was it fixed during our stay after we complained about it twice to the front desk. Breakfast was mediocre and room was very old and small and very old bathtub and sink which were stained. Would love stay here again nor recommend to others.

Great hotel unless you like Wi-Fi Everything about the hotel was fine, except for one major issue: there was no working Wi-Fi! I stayed here for five nights on a business trip and had planned to work from my room. In 2024, a hotel that advertises Wi-Fi but doesn't have it is unacceptable. After trying to connect for half an hour, I went to the front desk. The receptionist was very understanding, but unfortunately, she couldn't do anything to help. She mentioned that the Wi-Fi had been out for an entire week with no known repair date, and they were not offering any sort of refund for the inconvenience. For a hotel of this size, they should have the Wi-Fi working within a day or at least inform customers when they check in. I'm writing this review so you don't make the same mistake I did—call ahead and ask about the Wi-Fi.

BW IS PHX on northern the room was good, the pool was adequate, the exercise room was adequate, the breakfast was above normal & meaty, the big know was zer0 internet & no real interest in attending to it. zer0 is where the hit falls! otherwise all was decent. just the internet issue.
