BEST PLACE EVER (shoutout: JOE, ROBBIE, LIZ) OMG, let me tell you about this place. First I got a complimentary early check in with ROBBIE, he was so welcoming and amazing and just such a great face to see upon check in. At the end of the trip I got a complimentary late check out with LIZ! She was amazing, so sweet, I loved her so bad. But the best has to go to my favorite golf cart/ transportation guy JOE. Hands down the best service wow. He handled pickups with grace, gave us amazing food recommendations, and is the reason my stay at this resort was so good and memorable, truly wish him all the best, cant wait to come back!!!

Probably Wouldn’t Stay Here Again Pros: 1. Different Point of View was an amazing place to eat. The views and atmosphere were A+ service was great, food delicious! 2. They had a pool area that was less crowded and a nice hot tub. 3. staff was all nice including when I left some items in a drawer the cleaning lady turned them into security and I was happy to get them back. 4. Beds and pillows were comfy 5. Clean 6. Breakfast place was good 7, They honored our requests to be by the falls, I thought our room would face the falls but you only walk by it when leaving your room. Cons: 1. Room seemed really dark 2. Furnishings and carpet were very dated 3. Even though it was clean because of it being dated it made it feel not sparkling clean 4. The “sardine” feeling you get with cars parking in front of your entry to the room, all lined up parallel parked. It’s like a maze. Very confusing to find anything even with a map. The layout took away from the “getting away from it all to nature feeling” 5. I was told golf carts would take you around since this is built into a hill. All the parking spots were taken right in front of our building, we had to park down the hill and over two buildings. We didn’t need a golf cart the whole time because we like to walk. But I called for a cart because my luggage was heavy and no wheels. The dark skinned golf cart driver with braids snapped at me for calling a cart. He said I shouldn’t have called a cart for this? He said “we work on gratuity” obviously if I’m staying here I can afford to tip him for the ride. He was for some reason mad I called him to take me and my bags from the parking lot to the room. That was not a good first impression for me. The rest of the staff was all very nice.

scenic resort I enjoyed my stay at this Hilton resort. Incredibly welcoming and professional staff, whether it was helping me use my multiple Hilton credit cards at checkout or offering golf cart rides to their scenic hilltop restaurant. Very spacious rooms and many pools throughout the resort to choose from. Nicely air conditioned gym. Attractive colors with the buildings, blending in with the scenery. The bar had pretty good food and drink, with most items at reasonable prices. The hilltop fine dining restaurant has phenomenal views overlooking the city. Room for improvement. Several of the power outlets in my room's light fixtures need to be replaced, as the outlets can be too loose to hold in a phone charger. The restaurant has an outdated lounge menu option on their internet site, which I was looking forward to, but they've discontinued it (I didn't know that until I arrived). The very few entrees (non-sandwich or non-salad) items in the bar were ridiculously overpriced compared to the rest of the menu.

Beer prices! _ Really like this place and have been here many times over the past 8 years or so. A beer at the pool now costs $15! Yes, $15 for one beer. Up 50% in a few months. Okay, so no.

Beautiful Resort and Staff I stayed for a night at this hotel for the first time, and it was amazing! I wasn’t in the best mood when I first walked in, but the front desk agent, Braden, turned my mood around completely. He gave me a beautiful room by the cliff side as well as a complimentary breakfast voucher (which he did not have to do at all). I enjoyed my time by the sunset pool pretty much all by myself and upon check out, I was inquiring about the cafe within the lobby. From there, Braden kindly gave me a complimentary coffee voucher which I redeemed to enjoy a delicious coffee made by Deon. The hospitality along with the views is what makes this resort so special. It is worth it to come back just for Braden’s hospitality!
