Recommend! Cannot say enough (good) about this hotel. Clean, safe and very accommodating staff. Have stayed here several times and will again when in the area. There is access to anything you may need, restaurants, shopping, etc… if you are looking for a new and modern hotel this may not be for you but if you want a clean environment, safety and courteous staff, definitely stay here.

Clean. Friendly staff. This place has a mom & pop hotel feel. We liked that. Staff was friendly. Room was clean. I recommend getting rid of the pathetic breakfast & lowering your price per night. Thawed toaster waffles, cold cereal, toast, milk, OJ, and coffee.

They DENY service dogs They do not follow the law and they deny service dogs! They tried telling me my health condition and service dog “weren’t real”. They said if I had seizures and pass out they could accommodate but my heart condition and passing out doesn’t qualify. How does that make any sense? The symptoms are the same! They completely disregarded my health issues. On top of that, I reserved my room for 5 people, there was some mess up on their end that only showed two people and they refused to accommodate the people even though when I booked it I marked the number of people. I strongly recommend taking your business else where. We decided it was worth paying more to stay in another hotel because I refuse to give me business or money to such a disrespectful business.

Clean, comfortable room I've stayed here twice, both times on the first floor of the new building, in a non-smoking room. A tip on the in-room A/C unit: it uses a wall thermostat, not the controls in the unit. If you discover the unit will not cool when you lower the thermostat, try unplugging the unit and letting it reset for a minute. Then plug it in again, and the unit should cool marvelously. I had my room down from 78 F to 64 F in less than thirty minutes. I found the room comfortable. I did not attempt to partake of any breakfast, as I bring my own when traveling. I noticed the room did have a coffeemaker. On a side note, dinner recommendation beyond chain restaurants. If you like Chinese food or sushi, I recommend taking a chance on Ichiban located nearby. They offer dine-in or take-out. Their quality is above average and their prices are reasonable (~$10 or less per person for dine-in; $6/pound for take-out).

Beware of Deceptions When I arrived to check in, the massive scrolling electronic sign on the outside front door canopy and the inside banner sign in the front lobby announced Free Breakfast. Do not believe the signs. I asked an employee how long has there been NO FREE BREAKFAST. the reply was "it's been like this for months".
