Perfect Location was perfect! Great views of the water from balcony. The beds were comfy and room was perfect. Separate bedroom for parents and bed and pullout couch for kids. Pool was open till 11 so that was nice to enjoy after long day exploring. 10/10!

Great Place to Stay! I stayed here alone as a memorial trip for my recently deceased husband as we had this stay on our bucket list. The Inn was very comfortable and clean. I loved having a balcony right on the river where you could hear the beautiful sounds of nature. The room was very comfortable and the bed was one of the most comfortable beds. I’ve ever slept in at any hotel. I did not utilize the free breakfast because I am not a breakfast person but did take advantage of a coffee in the morning. the only con that I would say is having to walk across the street to get to the office and breakfast/pool as this could be inconvenient for certain people as well as if it is raining out. Otherwise, I have zero complaints about the in and would definitely recommend it and stay here again.

enjoying the wildlife at creekside inn Had a great time staying at the Creekside Inn. We had stayed there before and enjoyed our stay.. enjoyed sitting on the balcony, feeding the ground hogs, skunks, geese and ducks, and the squirrel. We will be back down before too long, as we make several trips a year

Beware of the bait and switch - this hotel is split into two separate properties. When I researched this hotel there was no mention of the fact that the property is actually split into two separate buildings. The first building, the brightly colored red & green one in all of the promotional pics, is the one that has obviously gone through an upgrade and is conveniently located across from the hotel office (where breakfast is served) and the pool. There is a second building down the street and across the river that isn't shown or mentioned in any pics or descriptions and upon check in we were informed that this is where we would be staying. This second location is inconveniently located at least a half mile away from the hotel office and therefore requires you to drive back if you want to use the pool or get breakfast. Also, this hotel boasts that it has recently gone through millions of $s in upgrades, but it didn't appear that any upgrades had been made to the second property. Our room was incredibly dark, musty, and damp and we had to remove the lid off the toilet tank after every use to fix it so that it would stop running. I received a text after we checked it asking me to rate the room on a scale of 1-10 and I replied "6" and no one ever questioned why I wasn't satisfied.
