Excellent stay in Pigeon Forge. This was a very nice hotel. The staff were very polite, friendly and knowledgeable about the area. We had nice clean room with a very comfortable bed. The lobby had a nice fireplace and fresh coffee We would definitely stay there again.

Good Guest Service We enjoyed a 5 night stay. The hotel was great but my favorite was to start my day with the breakfast bar and their staff. The Hostess Judy and server Edna were fantastic. So nice and friendly and we had so many good laughs. LOVE these girls. The rooms were clean and every morning house keeping came around to check on us. Can't forget the front desk. Always with a smile on their faces. We plan to see you next January and hope these folks are still there.

Wonderful time at Ramsey Hotel. Employees were all so friendly and helpful! I was at the Ramsey Hotel and convention center in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee for the NFLCC fishing lure trade show, and I really enjoyed my stay there because of the hospitality of the employees and the beauty of the hotel. The girls behind the front desk, the cleaning staff, and the girls working in the restaurant area made my stay extra enjoyable especially Judy the hostess, who greets you even early in the morning with such a smile and kindness. Edna, who also works there was the same way, always smiling and willing to help you! I loved my stay there and I really enjoyed the fireplace in the main lobby with couches that you could sit at and they provide free hot tea, hot coffee, hot chocolate and water all day. The cleaning people were always there everyday ready to supply you with clean towels etc. or clean anything you needed fone. They were wonderful too. I'm glad the NFLCC FISHING LURE show is held there every year in early January. There is a beautiful pool with a waterfall too!

Wonderful way to start the NEW YEAR off! Very clean beautiful hotel. Quiet rooms. The Breakfast hostess Judy was the most outstanding lady every morning to greet us!

A great weekend getaway. The hotel was nice and clean. The decor in the room was nice. The laminate floors were good. So much better than dirty carpet. Sound carries a lot through the rooms and halls though. The pool and hot tub were nice. Breakfast was really good. Judy was the hostess. She’s adorable and was the sweetest hostess we could have ever asked for.
