My new favorite place to stay Oh my goodness! Loved this place. The room was clean,beds were comfy. It had a 65 inch TV in the room. It was quiet and an all around great place to stay. It has an indoor pool and a Jacuzzi. My only complaint would be the breakfast. It was cold but the coffee was delicious

Very rude front desk staff Poorly managed. Booked through Expedia. Couple of days later the front desk staff contacted me and stated they were undergoing construction. Breakfast would not be available during our stay. They proceeded to ask if I would like to cancel my reservation. I said no. They then stated they had not received any money from Expedia.com. I had to tell them what I paid Expedia.com because they claimed they had no record.Now only days away from our stay they tried to relocate our party to another property. Staff was rude every time I was contacted. I was treated as less than for booking through a third party. Would highly recommend finding another place to stay.

Weekend Family Getaway Tami, the night receptionist at the Quality Inn near the Dixie Stampede in Branson Missouri, did an amazing job fixing us up with a nice room at a great price! A big heartfelt Thank you to Tami for everything she did for my family and me!!!

Another Year, Another Great Stay This place can't be beat. We come here every year booking multiple rooms for family. Front desk treats us great. It's impeccable clean, with nice maintenance staff. Location is directly across the street from Islands of Pigeon Forge and all the restaurants and shopping it offers. The pools are resort style and are open all hours! Never would consider staying elsewhere!

An Amazing Place To Stay Amazing place with great complementary breakfast every morning. Pools are open 24/7, both inside and outside! Amazing staff and hard working people keep the hotel sparkling clean and presents you with amazing hospitality. The scenery is absolutely stunning and the hotel is beautifully landscaped!!
