great staff, comfortable rooms Aug 4-6 fam reunion. check in was a breeze. I was disappointed that Antwoine was on vacation. so may people raving about his great customer service. My room was fantastic, clean and cozy. The AC was just right. The bed, linen, and pillows were very comfortable! The pump containers with shower essentials is a very good idea! Saturday morning before 9am staff knocking on door with fresh towels! the staff actually liked their jobs! so nice to see and hear! every staff person I encountered was friendly and professional. the breakfast was hot, tasty, and plentiful with lots of choices. The only con was the ice machine was out of order on my floor which my room way steps away from.

Was very disappointed. I was very disappointed with the Hampton Inn in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. In our room, the closet door was gone and no full length mirror, The shower handle in the bathtub was gone, there was a loose ceramic tile in the bathroom. The pool water was murky and had a smell to it. For $200 a night I expected more.

Crummy inside room - horrible night sleep Staff is great - very friendly. Bed was nice and comfy. Interior of room was outdated and worn. Faucet handles had the finish rubbed off. Worst part was a huge closet door/mirror that would not stay closed. The temp patch of Velcro they put in did not work. The open door blocked the path to the bathroom - a hazard at night. The really worst part was a heating system on overdrive that could not be adjusted. We had to run the air conditioner all night (in January) just to sleep. Honestly - I would not go back to this hotel.

Great stay The staff was great. Don't know all of their names but here's a few(Antwone(Front Desk), Yalonda(HK) and Shakella(Front Desk), also the AA lady who prepared breakfast(smiled, pleasant while keeping everything stocked) as well as the Caucasian lady always meet her near the pool area(gave compliments made you feel welcome/seen her 6/23 Friday night as well as Sat.) The beds wear comfortable. Some issues with the pool therefore Shakella was nice to offer atleast an extra hour for the kids to get in the pool since they couldn't the day b4. Breakfast was good. Close to Walmart and other places such as restaurants which was helpful with children. We got 3 rooms all close to each other's. This was just a good stay. Thanks to everyone who works there we encountered. Even the AA male who seem to have been the one who gave the ok the pool was ready.

Nice on outside but not inside This Hampton Inn and Suites in Pine Bluff has really gone down hill in the past several years since we last visited. The room had electric wires coming out of the ceiling, the microwave was rusted and flaking paint or something inside of it. The bathroom floor had not been cleaned around the stool and made me suspicious of the possibility that the whole room had not been mopped. There was a cabinet in the wall that was in desperate need of some attention. The hallways were stuffy and hot and had a bad smell. The coffee was weak and had grounds in it. On the plus side the employees were nice and property around the hotel was clean and landscaped well. We won’t stay here again unless some updates are done.
