Great Clean, nice receptionist, quiet, great breakfast. I'll Def be back! The room was very big. Has a refrigerator & microwave! Great lighting, dark out curtains. My stay was relaxing & I was able to get lots of work done! Food was hot & good! Lovely place to stay!

Get rid of Jackie! The guy named Jackie at the front desk is by far the rudest person I have ever met. The rest of the staff has been wonderful. It’s sad that one vile person can ruin your whole experience! Every conversation I have had with this guy has been turned into an argument. It starts with the simplest request for towels and turns into him calling me a liar or blaming management. The fact that they allow someone like him to work in a customer service position baffles me.

Definitely will stay again This place is still doing renovations and updates but the updated rooms are amazing the bathrooms are bigger than im use to and the bed is OMG so comfortable i wanted to stay in it the whole time i was there!!! Staff was nice and the breakfast was outstanding they have alittle bit of everything to eat my favorite was the waffles!! The pool area was nice also and they have a hot tub . I will definitely be staying again

Basic hotel Overall: Decent place to stay for last minute reservation, cheaper hotel option or in an emergency for a short stay (only stayed 1 night). Would not be my 1st, 2nd or 3rd choice for an extended stay. Pros: A/C was cold which is important in Louisiana humidity. Full-size mini-fridge (larger than most hotels). Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Decent WiFi. Cons: Beds are like a park bench....hard. Thankfully I was so tired I was able to sleep on it. Water took too long to heat up. Rooms were not ready at 4pm (check-in is at 3pm), so glad I didn't try for an early check-in. Cheap microwave (didn't use). Ancient and small flat-screen TV (compared to other hotels) that was wall mounted without the ability to swivel.

Great stay, great staff Hotel is in mid-remodel. Staff was nice and helpful, stayed for a week (M-F) and was not disturbed by any of the work going on. Room was nice - laminate floors instead of carpet, bed and furniture are comfortable. As a business traveler a slightly larger desk area would be nice but that’s probably not an issue for most people.
