Great place Great place to stay! Beautiful location! Rooms are nice and the bathroom is the biggest one I’ve seen in a hotel. Friendly staff and a great breakfast. Only suggestion I have is that they need a trailer parking. The trucks and trailers with the side by sides are taking up the parking spots.

Front desk person is rude! The reason I am giving this a 1 is not because the hotel was not dirty, but because of the person at the front desk. First off I called to make sure both of the rooms I booked went through, this person was rude when she spoke to me and hung up on me!!!!

Perfect place in the mountains! We stayed in a king suite! Everything was so nice and comfortable. Bed was super comfy. . The shower was AMAZING! Don’t think I’ve ever had one so nice!!! So so close to I-75. Breakfast was so-so. We will be back!

Good hotel We were tired of driving and booked this hotel last minute. Dealt with Jacob, so nice and helpful. The hotel was very busy as there is an ATV park nearby and folks with their ATVs staying there. Very clean hotel and the beds were fantastic!

Phone call whoever answered the phone was extremely rude… we simply asked the front desk to connect us to a room and he said I cannot connect you to a room and unless that guest is expecting your call. We said understandable that’s fine, we will hold while you call the room and ask if the guest will except a call from and we gave them our name. The desk clerk said I don’t know what your problem is but you can just get over it and he hung up on us. We called a second time the same response… The parents of the child that was visiting their grandparents tried to call also… No answer… Another group in our party tried to call again and no answer… It is a serious situation when the front desk is refusing to even check with a room if they will take a car for an important emergency situation… Completely unacceptable! This desk clerk needs training! He was not willing to discuss or even consider what the needs of the collar was… He was obviously distracted and more Interested in his own concerns than the needs of his guests or his callers!
