Will never stay at a Hampton Inn again and will advise everyone I know to avoid them as well The room was not pet friendly as advertised. My cats managed to crawl into a hole left in the wall in the bathroom under the sink and hotel staff were less than helpful in getting them out. I managed to retrieve them in the long run, but not after incurring several injuries and being charged for a second day and being forced to pay for damages caused by maintenance in order to retrieve the cats. The hotel and its staff are negligible and completely unconcerned with the comfort/wellbeing of their customers and customer's pets. Hotel management has not responded to my emails asking for a refund and to pay for my medical bills.

Standard Friendly check-in clerk. Clean standard room. Parking area tight. Toilet paper — extra thin, cheap, holes — really bad toilet paper. Stained towels. Dampness in room. Cheerful check-out clerk. Nice variety and well-stocked breakfast bar. Limited seating.

Great! Very nice hotel with a free hot breakfast. I wish there were a few more options like some plain scrambled eggs and bacon. Other than that, the staff is very kind and helpful. There is a shopping area right next door in case you need anything. The hotel is very clean and quiet. If I am back in the area I will stay here again.

Great Stay…thanks to Paula Albeit the lady at check in wasn’t very friendly, the hotel was clean and well appointed. What made our stay a 5 star stay was Paula who managed the breakfasts. We had the greatest breakfast ever and we have stayed in 100s of hotels! Paula was hard working but very friendly and her cooking was great. Paula should be recognized for her excellence!

Not friendly This hotel was short staffed. The rooms were dusty and had an odor. The breakfast area was messy and the hot food was terrible. There was no one at the desk to greet us, we had to call out to check in.
