Enjoyable Stay I truly enjoyed my time at this hotel. Real friendly staff and welcoming. I totally recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay. The beds are clean and everything in good order. The breakfast choices is excellent!

Horrible hotel!!! We book this hotel, knowing that this is the best hotel in town. We intend to stay for five days and it was totally disappointing. The digital key was not working although requested and still didn't work. The Jacuzzi spa and pool was not working. we thought we could enjoy our stay here in Contra Costa county. It was totally frustrated on our end when the Internet didn't work and Wi-Fi was not at all. The restrooms of the room there was a leaking water in the bathtub. We asked the customer service at the front desk and all they can say was it's not working. Same with the digital key, the front desk staff stated we were already requested and that was it. The customer service here in Hampton Inn. Pittsburgh was extremely horrible. We will never dare to book this hotel and we will also be thinking if we will be booking a Hilton hotels anymore. Terrible!! They charge us 160 per night. Never again!! Not worth!

Stained Sheets Apparently they don’t change the sheets here! My fitted sheet had Redish/Brown stain on it…They eventually came and change the sheet.Still waiting to hear from the “manager”.And from looks of things….ill just be waiting..I managed to finally get thru to the front desk by calling Hilton cooperate…Clerk took my info and patched me thru to managers voice mail that some one seemed to answer and hung up,or maybe that was just the way her voicemail was set up..__‍♂️

Big rooms, 'air shower' When traveling in this part of California, it is often difficult to find a hotel/motel with a decent rating. This one was rated pretty well and it made for a reasonably comfortable stay. The Hampton Inn in Pittsburg is right off the highway and is conveniently located near a number of fast food places, gas stations, etc. The rooms are large and reasonably furnished. Room temperature control is good and the air conditioning/heating is quiet. Breakfast was decent. The only thing I really disliked was the shower head, which had a low flow that made showering and rinsing off an ordeal. Staff were friendly. Microwave and refrigerator were included. Snack area was well stocked with items for purchase.

Disappointed Hotel run down. Carpet is bare. Doors need replacing. Breakfast was bad. Omelets burnt. No slicer for bagel and got stuck in toaster. Staff busy sitting with guests and not cleaning. Honors member but was charged for water. Asked to be moved because of noise. Was told had to move before 11. Explained funeral at 10. Was given ear plugs. Next day no available room so couldn't switch. Only bright spot was Housekeeping staff . Very friendly. Stayed 3 times before but first since covid. Not a good value
