Wait until the remodel is done We picked this place to stay for two nights due to its location and price compared to surrounding area. We also picked it because it had breakfast offered. It turns out the Quality Inn is turning into a Suburban Lodge extended stay, as of mid-March 2023, according to the on-site workers. Amenities like airport shuttle service or breakfast, that are listed as offered, aren't offered. We would have picked a different hotel based on no breakfast offered alone, had we known the truth. Whether we eat the breakfast or not, it's nice to have drinks offered in the morning and the option to grab or something or not Workers seemed to be the brightest part of this rundown place, but I never was able to get the extra pillows I requested so I was left frustrated their too. I tried multiple times to get extra pillows. Our room wasn't even ready when we got there after check-in time. With all few other little things that didn't go well, I would avoid this place until the remodeling is done and read the reviews at that time. This was one of the worst experiences I had at a hotel, and I wish I would have done more research in reading more recent reviews on this place, before booking a reservation.

Nope To start, when we called to book, the receptionist was nice. Because of the price, we asked if she would stay there herself. She said she would indeed, but acknowledged the property had a “few issues”that they were working on. So we trusted her and booked. The outside didn’t look bad. It was dark by the time we got there and we were weary from traveling and everything else was booked in the area. When we walked in, the lobby looked ok and the first hall had me feeling confident that the hotel would be fine. But once we entered the hall that our room was on, it took a quick downward turn. I got a bad feeling in the pit of my stomach. The hallway looked super old and dirty. Upon entering the room, I was sick to my stomach. It was very dark with a bad musty smell (think really old creepy attic smell). The room literally looked like it had not been changed since the early seventies. The furniture was very old and stained, the floor dirty, bathroom in ill repair, and the bed linens looked like from the early seventies as well. The lock on the door was broke and there was a shared door to the next room. They had a table shoved up next to it and that lock was broken as well. I wanted to leave or sleep in the vehicle, but my husband was weary from our drive and was determined to make the most of one night. I was very angry and sickened at the thought of staying. I looked at the bed corners and everywhere I could for signs of bed bugs. I saw none, but pretty much slept with one eye open. I did not want myself or my personal belongings to touch anything in the room and refused to use the shower. I felt it was pointless to try to get clean in something dirty. It was a horrible experience and this hotel should be closed until it is either torn down and rebuilt, or taken down to the studs and renovate everything. I simply cannot believe they are still in business. I believe any positive review here is not real. And I don’t believe any of the rooms in the website pictures are real for this current property. Perhaps they were real 40 years ago. Upon reading reviews, they have been “working on it” for years. I don’t buy it. People see the pictures and get a totally different impression than the reality they face when getting to the property. I was completely grossed out and will never stay here again. If you are thinking of booking, please take my word for it and just say no!

Very Sketchy and Cheap Hotel This is a very sketchy and rundown hotel. The employees were decent but pretty much everything else was terrible. The price was good but I would not choose to stay here for free. The elevators don’t work so we had to use the falling apart stairs. There are not signs for some of the rooms so we got lost on our way and had to ask for specific directions. When we finally got there the beds are torn up and stained, the sinks don’t work properly (the hot and cold waters are switched), there’s no soap, the bathtubs are disgusting, and everything is broken. There was only two towels. Every room stinks (Our room smelled like smoke). They claim to be smoke free but this is not true. The TVs are extremely outdated and most of the power outlets did not work right. There is no decent channels on. Also, there was an extremely ugly picture on the wall. It was completely blurry. The lamp was completely decimated and useless, and we had to use the very dim lights that were located in the corner of the room. The refrigerator did not work. There were bug traps everywhere and we found a box of them in cabinet. There is no Bible in the drawers. There is only two pillows that are not in good condition. A drunk guy repeatedly harassed us and tried to get into our room. We were in our friends room talking with the door open when a shirtless man walked a few steps in. He was obviously drunk and was talking kind of threateningly. We told him to leave and shut the door. A few minutes later we went to leave and he was still there waiting outside our door. He tried to talk to us and we shut and locked the door. He then tried to open it and waited around a little while longer. We went back to our room after waiting a while. The entire building was old and smelled like smoke. It is a cheap and badly run business. Do not stay unless you absolutely must.

No breakfast as advertised, musty moldy smell throughout. We booked 3 rooms for our family and a free hot breakfast was an amenity listed. When we got there at 10:30 at night with 2 sleeping children they told us there wasn’t any breakfast due to renovations and the manager refused to make in allowances in the cost. They didn’t even provide a granola bar or donut. Cost about $50.00 for everyone to get breakfast across the street the next day. The whole hotel smells musty and moldy. Grossly dirty chair in our room. DO NOT book this hotel.

Travel Read the reviews! This hotel is currently “undergoing renovations”. Much needed. In the mean time there is no complementary breakfast, only coffee n your room. No pool. I thought it was clean definitely quiet. I’m happy they are upgrading. But if you were thinking breakfast thoughts? Or pool ( which is something I check out) think again, call first and see if the remodeling is finished.
