Big Rooms Stayed here for one night and was very surprised at how big the rooms were. A ton of space to move around and place our belongings. Beds were comfortable. The breakfast was a typical one at this chain, but still good. Everything was pleasant for us.

Recommend The service in this hotel is wonderful and that is the 4 star rating. Employees were really friendly, polite and accommodating. They are in the middle of a gigantic remodel and update. When completed, it will deserve a 5 star rating. Our room was clean, but tired and any issues were remedied immediately. I still highly recommend it.

Just okay I used to come here quite a bit and always pleased . Not this time . The check in guy mumbled looking down the whole check in . Noticed the hot tub wasn’t working , ( looked forward to a soak .lol) the check in guy failed to mention there would be construction on the floor I was on. Being a Sunday i didn’t think there would any work being done on that day . However there was pounding . Then some of the Guest kids was running up and down hallways yelling ,doors slamming , pretty horrible . I thought breakfast was 9:00 - 11:00 . But Breakfast is pretty early I think . I missed it by 10 minutes . ( 6:00 am - 9:00 am) I have to say everything was cleaned up and there wasn’t even a crumb ..that means the staff is pretty efficient tho in that area . But , I must say , my room was fine ! Bed and pillows comfortable ..

If you like staying at a hotel where everything is broken, stay here! My husband booked me a room here for a Mother’s Day weekend getaway. In hindsight, I really wish I would of stayed home. -the hot tub was broken -the paint was peeling off the walls in the bathroom -the elevator was broken -the ice machine was broken -THE BED WAS HORRIBLE!!! It felt like I was sleeping on a slab of concrete! I tried the pullout bed but that was WORSE! I ended up sleeping at the very foot of the bed because that part of the bed still had some life left to it and even so, it still Messed up my shoulder and back! If you’re thinking about staying here, don’t. You’ll be disappointed.

Hopefully the renovations turn this place around We always pick Holiday Inn Express because, previously, we had consistently good experiences regardless of the location. Unfortunately the Pleasant Prairie location is pretty awful. * Internet speed is terrible - 10mbps. Even 10 years ago that would have sucked, but in 2023 it's basically unusable for anything but email. Don't plan on getting any work done here, or any streaming above 720p. * TVs are very old and in need of replacement - the one in the breakfast area is busted and the one in our room was too old to support casting/etc. TV channels ARE NOT HD * General maintenance issues - paint is peeling on the bathroom ceiling, things look run down, etc. * Hot tub is closed and is obviously not being repaired - looks like they just abandoned it.
