Avoid morning front desk worker I reserved a room with two queen beds. When I arrived, the very nice afternoon front desk clerk wanted to put me upstairs. That was unacceptable as I had several large cases and boxes of paper products and lugging them upstairs (with no elevator) would be overly burdensome. Leaving them in the car overnight was out of the question as their parking lot was open to the public. He graciously moved me to a handicap room that he said was "the only room left on the first floor." Full bottom floor? I never witnessed another guest at the hotel in the two days I was there. The first night, I slept in. Went to the lobby for coffee. There was an almost full pot on the maker so I poured a cup. It was tepid (apparently, it had gotten turned off. Went back to my room and drank it quickly. Went back to the lobby for a refill and the pot was EMPTY! I asked the front desk worker where the coffee went. He DIDN'T EVEN LOOK AT ME as he mumbled "It's past 9:30." I said incredulously, "You threw out almost an entire pot of coffee?" AGAIN, he DIDN'T EVEN LOOK AT ME as he mumbled "It's past 9:30." I wasn't "warned" when I checked in that the coffee would be DENIED TO THE GUESTS right at 9:30am (even if there was an ample supply left). If you're reading this, you've been warned.

Run down and dirty All our linens were stained and had cigarette burn holes in them. The room smelled dirty and worn down. The only saving grace was the staff who helped us find a room to our liking and gave us unstained linens.

Horrible hotel and staff EVERYONE PLEASE READ THID REVIEW THROUGHLY! When I tell you I couldn’t wait to write this review! So I booked a room at this particular hotel as a last resort because I had to check in the wee hours of the am and just needed somewhere to sleep until I transitioned into another room I had booked at a different hotel. (The other hotel doesn’t allow you to check in until 3pm or do early check ins. I’m from out of town and I came in town earlier than expected.) Anyway the hotel was dingy, dirty, and dusty. Room door wouldn’t lock properly, holes in the bedding, broken shower and bathroom sink, dust everywhere, room reeked of mold. Literally the absolute worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in…it gets worse though. So upon checkout at 11am I had to wait in the lobby for a ride to my next destination… my ride was having car issues and was about 45 minutes away from me so there was quite a bit of a delay. I contemplated catching an Uber, but it would’ve been more cost effective to wait for my ride opposed to doing Uber because my destination was far. So around 12pm there was a shift change I believe and someone by the name of Tom came in to work the front desk. So he politely asked me did I check out already and was I waiting on a ride. I simply responded “yes.” 10-15 mins later the police pulls up and he points at me saying “her right there,” and the police explains that Tom is asking me to leave. I’m like huh? “Why do I need to leave? He never asked me to leave, or anything of the sort.” Then Tom lies and says “Yes, I did, you just brushed me off!” Then starts muttering and talking crap. The police asked him was I causing a disturbance or did anything wrong, and Tom couldn’t even get his words out through his lying teeth! I told the police officer the real dialogue between Tom and I and stated that that he could’ve simply asked me to leave opposed to giving the police a call. I’m never going to stay where I’m not wanted. I also asked him for a receipt because the person prior to his shift didn’t give me one during check out and he was insinuating I was never a guest because so couldn’t think of the room number off top of my head. Like sir! I literally checked in at 4 am and left at 11 am on top of you catching me off guard with your ridiculous shenanigans, I couldn’t think of it right away, but then he saw that I was guest and found my receipt. That was completely unnecessary and inconsiderate to law enforcement because he wasted their time with his ignorance and unprofessionalism. The least this piece of crap hotel can provide is basic human decency and top tier customer service I will be further escalating this issue so that he gets penalized to the furthest extent. Tom if you’re reading this I advise you to treat everyone with kindness and respect because you never know who you’re dealing with. Again, I will make it my duty to ensure you are penalized for your crass behavior.

Disgrace for the area!!! Upon arrival the entry was dark and tv blarring. My ID stuck to the counter. The carpet to room was black. Got in room and toilet paper holder was off of wall with large holes still exposed. We then examined the bed and the sheets had burn holes in them. We checked the corners and found BUGS!!!! We then left the room immediately. Notifed desk and he wouldn't give our charges back but offered another room. NO WAY WAS I STAYING THERE! The hotel is a disgrace for the area!

Go elsewhere It was a horrible stay. There were Holes in the walls and sheets, fire detector ripped from the ceiling, there was no shower curtain, the carpet was so dirty, the room was dirty. It felt like an unsafe environment. Specially for two woman traveling alone. For being over 200 dollars per night, you’d think some of that money would go to clean the place up. What a steal.
