AVOID during renovation! Seriously! We arrived on a 100 degree day after having driven 400 miles and were greeted to the sight of an entire hotel wrapped in scaffolding, a temporary insecure and difficult to find entrance, and extensive renovations ongoing throughout. The desk clerk said that the renovations were addressed on the website. However, I made this reservation several months ago and as far as I knew, the hotel would look like the photo. AVOID this hotel - at least until it is a fully functioning updated facility.

Undergoing Substantial Renovation Avoid during renovation. Hotel is undergoing an extensive remodeling of lobby and first floor. Signage and workarounds are not ideal. Otherwise, hotel was OK. Rooms are a little outdated but were clean and functional. Accommodating with pets.

Very rude front desk and manager. I had already checked in through the app that I use on a regular basis. The front desk clerk stated her rules and policy and wouldn’t give me my keys unless she saw my wife’s id. My wife was not accompanying me at the time but my sister was. She then told me she wanted to teach me a lesson and spoke to her manager and both agreed to cancel my reservation. I said they should not treat customers so rude and all I heard was laughter as I gladly left. Wow!

We will not stay here again! There were 2 huge cracks across the bathroom mirror and the facet handle was actually broken; making it nearly impossible to get water. It was either cold or too hot. There were cobwebs hanging from the ceiling above curtains. And just need to note that the toilet seat was about 16” from the ground. Also of note is the fact that we have in years past paid a pet deposit and placed at the end of a corridor. There used to be no longer a deposit and we were placed mid corridor. This leads me to wonder if Pets are allowed in all rooms. We’ve stayed here for the last 7 years. No more. Management- do your job!

Good Hotel The hotel is so amazing. The location makes it best for families. The front desk is welcoming and helpful everytime. Swimming pool and spa makes it kid’s favorite _. The cherry on cake is Valarie who does the breakfast for this hotel she is always welcoming, kind and sweet she always greets everyone with smile. Breakfast is amazing that she serves. She makes sure that everyone feels at home and we appreciate that when we are traveling.
