The hotel is excellent. I have no complaints The hotel is excellent. I have no complaints. I checked in April and wanted to stay for as long as possible. The location is nice. The staff, Jaden checked me and my fiancé in. The gentleman at the front desk, Chris, did help out with the check in process. We had a change of room and that too was accommodating. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the TV though hardly watched was nice. The room we were in was by the grill area though we did not get the chance to use it. The shower area was clean, the stove for use was working well. I have no complaints. This is the second time I stayed at that hotel 4433 Lead Mine Road, and I will book it again. The hotel has three floors and many rooms and the location to the stores is not bad. There is a mall across the street from the store. I am speaking across the street in northern, not southern, terms. Directly across the street there is a mall and the delivery service for food is good. The laundry is superb and the fact that IHG is awarding helps as an incentive to want to book again and again. The Walmart is excellent, The Candlewood has a house like refrigerator and the staff in bringing the towels that were asked for was not bad. I have no complaints.

Bed bugs possible Our keys had to be redone 2 times within a 3 night stay. The first time was literally an hour after checking in. The sink started leaking the first morning after checking in, they did fix it for us though so that was great. But the biggest problem was the last night we were there, it was the first time we had used the couch while we were there and the problem was that about an hour into us laying there watching a movie something in/on the couch made my arms bumpy, red, and very very itchy to the point I had to get a shower and lay in the bed then. I really really really hope it wasn't bed bugs. :( I have pictures of my arms but it will not let me post it.

Convenient location We stayed in a syudio suite. It was a comfortable, clean and well equipped room. There is plenty of parking. Just off the main road, but very quiet. It seemed like a nice neighbourhood. We used the free laundry. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Just fine The check in area is kind of weird, needs update interior decorating wise, dark inside, clean, small fitness center, shower pressure is good, water temp is good, bed slept well. Property is tucked up away off the main road so the noise level wasn’t bad. Only complaint is a weird system with the HVAC that auto turns off the system when you leave the room. Temp set to 68 and it was 75 when I returned after being out for the day. It cooled off rather quickly but was a warm surprise initially. Decent nights stay for a solo scenario. Falls somewhere between a 3.5 and 4.

Do not stay here I don't know where all the five star people were staying, but it was not at this place. I stopped here one night while driving from Florida to Boston with my dog, and I think I booked the wrong hotel by mistake because this was supposed to have high ratings and when I first got here I thought wow, this looks weirdly penitential. But maybe it's nice inside. It was not. The lobby is like a tollbooth. They would not give me water although I'm an honors member. my room was across from the elevator which makes a really loud chime every time it stops so it's like sleeping in a casino. I requested another room and was moved to one on the first floor that had no carpet and smelled like the inside of an old McDonald's bag and there were guys outside partying and I did not feel safe even with my big dog, so I asked to be moved back up to the elevator room. When I moved back to that room, I realized it reeked of perfume and when I pulled back the covers there was hair in my bed so obviously they had not changed the sheets. If I hadn't been so tired, it was 11 PM by this point, I would've just gone to another hotel. Instead I muscled through the night with earbuds in trying not to hear the chimes from the elevator. the room was not clean, the TV is not smart, the staff was not friendly, I didn't even bother to shower in this place. Really, don't stay here.
