Nice, Not Great Nice for the price but not the cleanest hotel I have been in. It was great to shower and sleep a night as we were passing through though. The room and beds were nice, but I did find some trash in a pretty obvious place from a previous guest that made me think it hadn't been cleaned good. The pool was closed too which was a bummer.

I don not recommend I do not recommend this hotel. We stayed for 2 nights and on the day we checked out, we found our car with the passenger side window broken. We were left waiting for the supervisor to review the security footage for over an hour, but they never showed up. We had to leave to deal with the window issue because we had to catch a flight.

Handicap I have already written about my tough experience and they did respond they are using the information. I forgot to say if you are in a handicap room, the commode should also be a raised porcelain water closet. Everything about the room was spotless, ready, and comfortable. Now for the rest of the upstairs.

Bed bugs and bad management Bed bugs and poor management. Usually I have a great stay at this hotel. Want to preface this by saying that the front desk staff was very polite to me. I do want to point out though that I do have bed bug bites and I noticed it the next day after I checked out. I called the hotel after I found the bites and told them they needed to check the room for bed bugs and to have the manager. Please call me. I called the next day and asked to speak with the manager. The front desk person was told by the manager to tell me that they had somebody check the room and there were no bed bugs. You cannot check for bed bugs during the day. They only come in at night so there is no way to see if there's bed bugs during the day. She said afterwards that because of this there can be no refund. I did not ask for a refund, all I wanted was to speak to a manager to make sure that they were taking care of the problem and to be treated with a level of respect for somebody who was bitten by bugs in their hotel. I was treated very poorly. I couldn't even get hold of the manager because she couldn't be bothered to speak to me. All I wanted to do was speak about any future stays and making sure they took care of the problem but this won't be a problem anymore because I will never stay with them again. I reached out to the general manager harin as well. Have heard nothing back. I made a complaint to corporate and I'm hoping that gets a manager to reach out to me. Really bad customer service for somebody who went through bed bug bites and was treated with no respect.

Massive wad if hair (and other issues) Several room conditions issues. Quiet. But dirty and damaged. Internet sucked. Several TV channels weren’t available. Shower drain was clogged by a MASSIVE wad of hair plus a hair tie. Piece missing from shower hardware Light fixture above bed physically broken Open wall with exposed wires where an electrical device of some kind used to be. Large wall damage that was (poorly) plastered but not painted
